Location was not right. We were moved to a different location 12km away from given location on mmt. Room not clean. Tv not installed nor working.

Good for stay room are neat and clean but only issue was there is no online food delivery

1. It wasn't a resort but just a home stay kind of property
2. Prioerty name was entirely different from what we had booked
3. Curtains were all dirty n full if fungus, room was stinking
4. No food arrangements no basic toiletries too like soap n towels
5. A room worth 4000 per day was sold to us at prem price of 16000 a day.

The booking was done in rena resort but the massage after payment g v resorts, we went there the told no rooms you go to blue bell hotel. We were roaming after the gave room in blue bell at the time 5pm, check in time 12pm, five we waited and struggled lot. Very bad experience. Bed sheet and pillow was not good.
