Siamo stati in questo posto da favola per un ricevimento. Un posto incantato una struttura così non credevo esistesse nel Salento, per non parlare dell'organizzazione del matrimonio, organizzato nei minimi dettagli dall'arrivo degli sposi all'antipasto allo spostamento di tre sale differenti per frutta foto dolci e open bar finale tutto molto incantevole potessi tornare indietro mi sposerei in questo posto senza pensarci due volte. La cura per l'esterno il giardino e qualcosa di maniacale . Complimenti

Ci sono stato per un matrimonio. Dovendo venire da Bari, ho prenotato al b&b " antico borgo " a san Pancrazio salentino che dista solo 2 km. Non è stato possibile prenotare da loro alle " scuderie " in quanto tutto esaurito. Che dire tutto bellissimo, iniziando dalla location, che dal servizio ineccepibile. Ottima la qualità del cibo e la varietà. Stupenda la mise en place. Personale disponibilissimo, attento e cortese. I vini serviti sono della loro cantina, che già conoscevo. È stato un bel matrimonio.

Che dire!, pernottato alle scuderie di castello monaci per piu' di 3gg, location molto rinomata e avevo voglia di provarla pur essendo della zona, pulizia, cordialita' ottima, la visita al castello incantevole, tutto molto curato, c'erano vari eventi nel mio soggiorno ma non ho avuto per niente problemi logistici, o di confusione, piscina piacevole,se posso mi posso permettere di aggiungere qualcosa, migliorerei la scelta nella colazione, speravo in qualcosa di piu' tipico, c'erano si i pasticciotti (buonissimi) ma marmellate o yogurt e altro nemi sarebbe piaciuto vedere qualcosa di piu' casareccio. Prezzo conveniente

Con mio marito a dicembre 2021 abbiamo partecipato ad un evento organizzato dal castello... come al solito tutto è stato impeccabile, il servizio (che ancora ringrazio, in fase di prenotazione avevo dimenticato di avvisare della mia intolleranza alle nocciole, l'ho fatto in corso della cena e loro sono stati super disponibili a fornirmi delle ottime alternative). La location si commenta da sola, è stupenda, e sotto il periodo di natale si riveste di un'atmosfera magica. Per me è sempre un'emozione unica tornare qui, il posto che ci ha accolto il giorno del mio matrimonio e che continua ad accoglierci.

Posizione eccellente cantina super e anche le scuderie sono un eccellenza tutto con degli standard molto alti un applauso a Massimo che osserva e esaudisce le richieste degli ospiti da 10 la colazione unico neo la musica alta dei matrimoni che può infastidire il sonno

Ho trascorso una bellissima giornata in occasione di un matrimonio. La location è perfetta, sale e castello immersi in splendidi giardini. Nulla da dire sul cibo, dal buffet di antipasti, primi, secondo e buffet di dolci. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto a riempirti il bicchiere di vino/acqua. Non posso esprimermi sui prezzi, ma la qualità vale certamente la spesa. Consigliato per un matrimonio e altri ricevimenti.

Location da Sogno! Siamo stati per un matrimonio e sinceramente non pensavo che in Salento avessimo una così bella realtà. Non ho parole, del resto.... è davvero un castello e a chi piacciono le Fiabe è il posto ideale! Curato in ogni sua parte, Personale Attentissimo e Super Qualificato. La cucina poi.... qualcosa di eccezionale. Ah, dimenticavo..... visto le tante belle parole vorrei dire che purtroppo non sono il proprietario ahahahahahah. da 1 a 10....... 1000. COMPLIMENTI!

L’hôtel est magnifique, niché dans un endroit très calme, loin des commodités. Mais c’est ce que nous recherchions.
Bémol: 2 mariages célébrés le soir même de notre arrivée avec une table de fête à notre fenêtre. Nous n’avons donc pas dormi dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes partis car nous cherchions avant tout le calme et la tranquillité. Dommage. Assurez vous qu’il n’y ai aucun événement bruyant si vous cherchez du calme.

One of the best experiences of all of my life. They hosted the most intimate wedding I’ve ever attended. Couldn’t wish dream of a better soot. Beautiful scenery and incredible staff. Marco and the crew were very friendly and accommodating. Made for a perfect stay. Planning to return.
