Hopped here for one day after staying in Hyatt. The property is new and considerably clean. Staff is new & novice but good. Breakfast buffet is good with huge spread. Rooms are big enough and the balcony view is good. Bathrooms are bigger too. However, bed is quite soft although comfortable. Location is serene too for most of the part even when this property is right on the road. Small parking but vehicles are managed properly. Pool area is big with garden seating. It also has a SPA which is average at best. Avoid the spa if possible. Really liked the hospitality here. Special mentions to the restaurant staff, especially the tall girl who did ensure that everything was smooth. Also the tall boy who was very professional. Some advice to management: 1. The staff is pretty novice so some parts are overlooked however the staff at the reception needs to be warm and mindful. Although the staff was sweet but I cannot overlook the fact that the females were giving THE LOOK at my wife, probably the clothing. This is not expected at a property with the Ramada branding. 2. The parking needs to be maintained so that watering of plants is not spoiling the vehicles. My car was literally dirty after 1 night of parking. 3. The property can be better maintained, specially the rooftop of the restaurant, visible from the balcony. It was not clean and one can see littering on the top. 4. Keep the restaurant chairs clean. Many of them had big spoil marks.
