Superb personality with positive attitude. (2). Prabhakar Ganguali (Sale) - He is Great Human being and he knows how to take care of Guest without breaking hotel policy. He is Asset of your Hotel. (3). Miss. Versa Dey (Reservation Executive) - She is smiling everything and She knows how to give smil to all the Guest in equal manner. She is Very Hard working employee. She Deserve the Manager Role & God bless her to get Manager Role Very soon. (4). Gaurav Bansal (F & B Manager ) - He is giving respect to all the Guest equally. His Walking style like a Hero. His smile face gives energy to his coworkers. No compromise in food test in his supervision. Superb test Superb service. (5) House Keeping Person are also very Hard Working. They are keeping room clean . I want to give Special thanks to Tushar Mandal, Sumana Gharami, Samim Khan & Baishakhi Bachar.

This is a pretty good hotel, all Indian food

I recently stayed at indismart hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience and rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious(loved the breakfast experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location and features good interior design. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.
