Excellent stay, clean room, comfortable bed, did some nice extras for our anniversary no charge. Shower was great. Central location, quick from airport. Excellent breakfast service from Carlos. Above average buffet with additional made to order items. Great coffee and nice juice selection.

we enjoyed our two night stay. Front desk was friendly. Parking was $25/night. several restaurant/bars within walking distance. We found the bar and bartender to be enjoyable and knowledgeable. we didnt feel the drink prices were crazy either.

Nothing to jump up and down about except the service. Front desk check in was very efficient and they were Soo nice! Rooms are nice and well equipped. Bathroom is a little small but very clean. Breakfast buffet was very average but had a good selection and presentation. Close to everything downtown.

We were here for 2 nights and I would stay again..... The beds comfortable, the hotel very clean. As others have stated, the breakfast is a European buffet ($18), but there is enough variety there and you won't leave hungry. There are also things a la carte ($8-$10). As a platinum member I received breakfast vouchers for myself but not my spouse. The garage is $25/day but it is secured by a hotel key card. Not anyone can get in unless you have to have a card. I find the security of my new vehicle worth it in a city that I don't know. That being said, SLC appears to be very safe in this area. I spoke to a local resident that had no issues with his young/adult daughters walking alone downtown. I found the Bartenders awesome. $12 for a bourbon neat isn't ridiculous downtown anywhere these days. The bill was more than i expected due to Utah liquor taxes, but that's not a hotel issue There are restaurants a block or two away (PF Chang's, a couple pubs, squatters pub brewery, Bucca Di Beppo and more). Uber is also very easy here if you want to explore further out. We took the morning bus tour which gave us a good overview of SLC but that's a different review. i would definitely stay again

We stayed only 1 night in SLC after a visit to the national parks in Utah. This hotel is conveniently located to the tourist areas & restaurants. I would like to thank Mike, the registrar for solving the problem of no double rooms for us. He deserves a raise! The hotel is very clean with no gross carpet in the rooms. The breakfast is included and although not cooked to order, has many great choices. The on-site self parking is $25/day. Also, no ridiculous “resort fee”. I highly recommend.

I had a 1 night stay here on a Thursday night in Aug 2022. I am Titanium Lifetime with Marriott and was booked on the government rate. The hotel is in a great location downtown in Salt Lake City, within walking distance of various sights, restaurants, and bars. Parking was convenient and is provided in a garage for a cost of $17 per night. Check-in was easy but the man at reception was not very pleasant, not rude either, just maybe having a bad day. The hotel is very new, clean and modern. The lobby has a fresh look and is welcoming. The bar and breakfast location are also on the first floor just off the lobby. Breakfast ($17 pp) is a very European buffet (meats, cheeses, Nespresso,..) which at first seemed a little expensive but after I looked at the offerings further I saw lots of fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fresh baked breads and jams, cereals and other items that made it well worth the price for a fresh morning start!. The gym was a nice size with a universal machine, a rack of dumbbells (5-50lb), a few treadmills, and bikes, and plenty of room to stretch. Water and towels were also provided in the gym along with a foam roller and a yoga mat. I used a suite night award and was upgraded before my arrival from a basic king room to a corner king room. It was a nice size with views to the north and west of the city. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary modern outlets and room lighting controls. It also had a fridge with 2 free waters. A great feature of this hotel is that on every floor there is a "Hydration Station" with carafes that you can fill up and take to your room when you need water (so many hotels try to make you buy their water bottles, this is great way to help decrease the environmental impact and make the guest happy). When staying in Salt Lake City again, I will certainly try to stay here if available.

This hotel looks to be brand new. Everything is super modern, clean, and sparkling. The lobby and bar are huge. Surprisingly, nobody seemed to be using either. Location is okay – a bit on the edge but still very close to it all. One suggested improvement is to lower the cost of parking ($20 per day). Other than that, five stars.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is that it’s new. The service is awful. You are looking at a derelict building. I asked if there is construction noise (looks like they might be trying to fix it up) and the lady at the desk was “yes..I think”. The desk people after couldn’t be bothered to even look up. Our room wasn’t cleaned and I called—oh, they do every other day, so I was scheduled for the next day. I checked out the next day. The breakfast is a joke. Do not pay for it. There is no “scene” even with a bar. There are so many other options..skip this.

My 4 nights at the AC Hotel in Salt Lake City were enjoyable. The hotel is kept very clean. I liked the fact that the guest rooms did not have carpeting. The staff was extremly helpul to me in assisting with scanning some documents. The only drawback was that their was no lighting above the desk area.Good location.
