Hotel Tonight

La verdad que por empezar, la atención del recepcionista que estaba el mediodía que llegamos (por respeto no voy a poner su nombre) fue pésima… llegamos a las 13 hs y lo primero que dijo fue que el check inn era a las 14. No me habían aclarado nada ya que lo había contratado via WhatsApp y no sabía acerca de eso. Tampoco es que habíamos llegado a las 9 de la mañana. Veníamos de un viaje de 4 hs y esperamos en el auto hasta que nos avisaron que la habitación estaba lista. A la hora de ir, resulta que es todo por escalera (3 pisos) con las valijas subiéndolas nosotros porque el chico de la recepción no fue capaz de subirnos ni una. Al llegar a la habitación, lo único que queríamos era descansar un rato. Resulta que estaban haciendo arreglos en el hotel y no se escuchaban más que martillazos y taladros. Me quejé, fui a recepción y el chico supuestamente “desconocía” lo que pasaba. Me encargue de ir al último piso, y ahí las mujeres de limpieza me confirmaron que se estaban haciendo arreglos. La verdad una de las peores experiencias en hoteles. Nunca me había pasado, pero no contratan gente amable y cálida para tratar con el huésped… viven del turismo… media pila. No es barato aparte. Debería salir la mitad si van a brindar esa atencion. Hice una queja en un cuadernillo así nomas que vaya a saber si llego a quien tenía que llegar. El desayuno es básico, algunas cosas se notaban que estaban viejas. No volveríamos y tampoco lo recomendaría

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel in May 2022 together with a group of friends and the truth is that the hotel exceeded my expectations, I thought it would be bad, but the truth was that I was pleasantly surprised. The human quality of its staff is incredible, they helped us in everything we asked for, they were always aware of us and they were very friendly and cordial at all times, from the lobby staff to the cleaning lady and those who serve in the dining room. The hotel has some details to improve, such as placing a hairdryer in the bathroom, improving the pillows and varying the breakfast a bit, which becomes monotonous as the days go by, but when taking into account the price paid per night, you simply overlook all the aforementioned details. Another aspect to take into account is that the area where it is located is somewhat far from the center, but you can arrive in less than 10 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes if you walk.
