La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene pero lamentablemente no cuentan con cochera y hay que salir a buscar una cercana, lo cual podría ser mejorado. Las camas están muy bien y el servicio de conexión también. Tenían buena calefacción gracias a su aire acondicionado. La atención del personal es buena pero tampoco es excelente. Lo elegí solo al paso, podrían mejorar en relación al precio/calidad de las instalaciones.

Un hotel muy cómodo, de perfecta ubicación, y no tan caro en comparacion.

Hotel Güemes is very well located and well appointed as it has recently been renovated. Room a little small but soundproof, very clean and functional. Despite a deposit being held on my card before our arrival, the hotel demanded payment of the entire price of the 2 nights before handing over the key. Not having enough pesos when we arrived at 3 p.m., I offered to pay the remaining 1/3 of the total price either in US$ or pay the next day after changing my currencies at the bank. The hotel refused and kindly gave me until 7 p.m. to pay the supplement. Unacceptable for a room paying around €150 per night. Another unpleasant incident, when we were leaving, we were held at reception so that an employee could check the room so that we could then be allowed to take our taxi which was waiting for us. During the buffet breakfast the choice was free but we had to ask an employee to serve us. It’s good for hygiene and waste of food but we felt watched. In any case you don't have to be paranoid or have thieves like us to go to this hotel.

Excellent location one block from the central square and the Cathedral. Completely recycled hotel. Very good beds, bathrooms with very good pressure and spacious. Excellent attention especially from the waiters at breakfast. Very complete breakfast. A very comfortable and comfortable place. The massages at the spa are very good. It has a parking lot next to the hotel. The objectionable thing: do not dirty the towels with makeup because they charge you for washing!!!
