Al llegar no tenían la habitación que yo había reservado disponible. La Srita de recepción se porto muy indiferente a mi reservación y tuve que esperar 2 HRS a qué limpiarán una habitación como la que había reservado por la aplicación y que el hotel no tenía en condiciones para alojarme. Mencionando también que en 2 ocasiones me dieron llave de habitación muy diferente a la de mi reserva argumentando que era lo único que tenía. Que la aceptará

Los servicios muy malos, comida mala, internet no hay es muy intermitente es necesario por cuestiones de trabajo, las habitaciones mal aseadas o no las limpian bien. El trato del personal de recepción es bueno. La televisión no funciona el servicio de cable. Mejoren servicios.
