Les chambres sont magnifiques l'hôtel magnifique mais par contre les repas sont froid ❄ a cause des buffets essayer de trouver des techniques de chauffage à part ça je n'ai plus rien à dire bon courage à vous.😊😊😊😊😊🤗🤗🤞✔✔magnifique

Depuis de nombreuses années nous allons au royal Saly. Toujours bien reçu par l'ensemble du personnel et l'hôtel nous convient malgrès des chambres un peu vieillotes qui auraient besoin d'un bon raffraichissement. Le "GROS PROBLEME" C'est l'équipe d'animation. Ils sont oisifs toute la journée. Leur seul fonction est de faire hurler leur sono de 9h à minuit. Il est donc impossible aux vacanciers désirant se reposer de le faire. Le "Chef de village" passe son temps à hurler près du bar ou se gaver au restaurant. Il passe la totalité de son repas avec le téléphone à l'oreille.

very good hotel complex. very popular with the French. swimming pool perfect for families, big choice in the restaurant. the all-inclusive formula is recommended. very large choice of excursions even if you should not hesitate to leave the hotel to find more affordable guides

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, I noticed several aspects that did not meet my expectations as a customer. First of all, I found that the welcome was not very warm and impersonal (receptionist named Adama). As a receptionist, I expected to be greeted with a smile and a caring attitude, but unfortunately this was not the case. As a customer, I expect quality service and a pleasant experience, which unfortunately was not the case during my visit. I sincerely hope that these problems will be taken into account and addressed to improve the service. Apart from the reception, everything was perfect, congratulations to the team

The bar, a disaster. We stayed in this hotel for two weeks. A little dated but good overall. Clean rooms, good food. In fact, excellent on Valentine's Day, a splendid pool party, breakfast a little poor for those who don't eat sweets, but that's fine. The guys in the room are very good and kind, the most serious flaw are the girls in the bar. They are rudeness personified, irritating and uncaring. It's a shame, because for a tourist customer a smile can change the holiday. However, thanks to all the rest of the staff for being helpful and kind

In this large estate, the garden and the colorful bumgalows will seduce you... The large reception is run by adorable staff. The bar also has a charming and attentive team! The restaurant is very international, community cuisine without emotion. The sad basic room in need of renovation, dilapidated bathroom fixtures, no neont in the bathroom. Slotted shower tray, a counter slope of the tiles causes the water to flow onto the floor. Only 1 hanger in the wardrobe and despite our request, nothing is done. An establishment for a local and regular clientele.

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend. The staff is really very friendly, the ideal location, the magnificent beach and the rooms too. I have wonderful memories of this hotel, very well located in Saly. I would definitely come back.

Lots to do in this hotel, the rooms are poorly designed every day, the food is always the same without much choice, etc. The best is right in front of the beach. An experience not to be returned to. Lots of noise all night long, either from the nightclub or from the Koran prayed during the day. it's night.
