Очень уютно, богато, красиво, интерьер со вкусом, сотрудники приветливые. Кровати удобные, номера чистые и уютные. Завтрак - шведский стол - очень разнообразный, вкусный, питательный, и бульон, и пельмени, и сыр, и ветчина, и котлеты на пару, овощи, фрукты, а главное - вино или шампанское сколько угодно)))

Останавливались в этой гостинице проездом. Внутри чисто, красиво. Уборку номеров производят своевременно. Отличный вид из окна, вкусная еда, приятное постельное бельё с кроватями. Можно оставаться всей семьёй. Персонал вежливый, если есть проблемы или вопросы, всегда подскажут, помогут. Цены адекватные. Рекомендую к заселению!

Путешествовала с мужем. Приехали в прекрасный город Самара. Друзья посоветовали эту гостиницу. Обслуживание на высоте. На ресепшон встретили вежлево, дружелюбно. В номере было все убрано и чисто. Спасибо.

Отличная гостиница. В номере чисто и красиво. Персонал доброжелательный, профессиональный. Шведский стол просто супер,все очень вкусно!!!! Так же очень порадовало, что был бесплатный WIFI и парковку. И для меня еще немало важно то что можно было с животными, поскольку была с котом. Во общем всем рекомендую туда попасть)))

Из плюсов: Чистота Вода в номере Мед на завтрак Из минусов: Очень плохая шумоизоляция (особо расстроило, в связи с чем появился вопрос (:Зачем брать на работе не русских?) то что в 7 утра нерусская уборщица очень громко кричала по телефону как будто она не звонит к себе в аул, а пытается докричаться)... И она же хлопала какой-то дверью так, что тряслись стены и двери. Кровати очень легкие и они раздвигаются во время сна так, что в итоге ты провисаешь между ними в яме. Душевая кабина шатается и складывается ощущение, что ты моешься стоя на канате над пропастью, постоянно балансируя. Душевая кабина после принятия душа напоминает о себе тем, что из под нее еще долго вытекает лужа. На завтраке из мяса сосиски жесткие и голубцы в которых капуста не резалась номом и не жевалась резцами. НА второй завтрак тефтели. То есть выбор скуден... И не было блинчиков и вареных яиц, без которых как-то завтрак необычен...
