When all the guest's stuff still there (clothes in the wardrobe, sandals, and personal toiletries), the housekeeping staff should've thought that the guest is not yet checked out, and need to confirm with reception desk whether the guest would check out that day or not. All my stuff were recklessly pulling in to my bag. That was so bad, you know! Location: Location quite strategies. All iz well, for business trip. For family trip, hotel doesn't have any facilities for children. But for average hotel on its level, its quality above average. But hotel needs to upgrade its variety for breakfast. 2 nights in a row, the variety is not change. All staff are very friendly, thank you!
