This is the second visit to this hotel and we were quite disappointed. They have lowered the dress code and you can see the difference! They say men can come to dinner in smart shorts instead of long trousers and its like the Huggets have come to town. Food not so good we had pork as the main meat 5 times out of 10. But the staff are all lovely, smiley and helpful, they are the best thing about this hotel, we especially liked Juliet the lifeguard, her smile brightens your day. We will not visit again.

Âge moyen : 112 ans. Poids moyen: 112 kgs. Si vous voulez connaître avant l’heure les joies de l’ ephad alors n’hésitez pas …. Bon soyons sérieux : les chambres du dernier étages sont ok et la vue est sympa. Évitez les chambres sous le solarium. Le snack est ok pour déjeuner (prise de commande un peu longue). Choix et prix corrects.Le buffet du soir a un choix suffisant sans être époustouflant. Immense avantage: la plage est à 10 mètres face à l’hôtel et comme nos petits vieux préfèrent s’entasser autour de la piscine, il n’y a presque personne. Calme absolu. Pas nos braves enquiquineurs qui vendent en hurlant de l’ananas ou de la pastèque, pas de paréos et casquettes, pas de bières, de coca ou de mojito, pas de gosses qui hurlent. Bon après vous n’êtes pas à l’abri de l’abruti qui débarque avec sa musique de m…. Ou de l’espagnol qui hurle dans son téléphone. Pour les tennisman, court sur place et prof à 8 minutes à pied en dehors du complexe. Demandez Alberto. Promenade très agréable au bord de mer pour son sport quotidien. Donc séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons à ces dates. Bon vent.

Alle A-dranken zijn niet inclusief. Amaretto di saronno, aperol spritz, 43, Erdinger, enz. Overal voor bijbetalen, overal lange wachtrijen bij de bar, veel te weinig personeel. 1ste week ging nog, 2de week was een drama. Ze laten het personeel zwemmen in de drukte. Tafels bij poolbar worden niet schoongemaakt en in het restaurant 20 minuten wachten voordat je tafel wordt opgeruimd van je voorganger. Dit kan veel beter! Ligstoelen bij de pool worden niet schoongemaakt, al dagen dezelfde vogelpoep op de ligstoelen. Stoelkussens bij terrassen vol met vogelpoep. Valt erg tegen, all inclusief geboekt.

First of all the hotel is lovely, the rooms and pools are top notch. House keeping is second to none along with the cleanliness of the whole hotel. Where it all goes down hill is with the arrogant German visitors, who seem to think they don’t have to queue for anything. As an example if you to awaiting on the coffee machine they will just push in front of you and completely ignore the fact you were there awaiting the use it yourself. While in the pool swimming lengths, they won’t move out of your way, even though there are very few people in the pool at the time. Most of the staff are very helpful, but again if you don’t speak German except to be ignored by some of them. This I found to occur most in the poolside bar. It’s such a great shame, only because it is a lovely hotel in a great location, but sadly your not made to feel at all welcome by some staff members and certainly not by the German visitors. So because of this I will not returning to the hotel or island again, because I feel that we not wanted here.

Stayed here last week can not fault the hotel in any way food great lots of choice lovely pool and gardens room is great and big bathroom the best part of the hotel is the spa complex is is free and so lovely to relax in the hotel is adults only so good to relax and sunbeds no problem as usual given one for stay Would love to go again

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautifully designed and maintained inside and out, rooms clean and comfortable, food excellent and unlimited, staff friendly and professional and in a really good location next to the beach. The fact that it is adults only makes it appeal to older age groups or childless younger couples, but the onsite entertainment is pleasant and would appeal to all ages. More expensive than other all inclusive hotels I have stayed in, but well worth the extra!

Have visited here a few times and this was the first since lockdown. It is still a very good hotel for adults. It is well presented and maintained. Staff are very good. Entertainment enjoyabel. Love the allocation of sunbeds for the duration of your stay. A bit much to charge for the safe in your room though. The grounds are lovely as is the pool and bar area. Food quality has deteriorated slightly as many dishes were a bit boring with little taste and much of a muchness. The pool bar food was better than the main restaurant. We have booked again as overall it is a very good hotel.

I have never left a holiday feeling so upset due to a male member of the reception staff on check out. We left our allocated sunbeds, with my hired pool towel, for an hour on our last day. On our return our beds had an additional label attached and an elderly lady, I think German, sitting on my bed on what I can only presume was my towel. If not, my towel had been removed. We could only communicate by gestures as she didn't speak English, that I thought it was my towel (as I needed it to get my 15 Euro deposit returned). I gave up and explained to a male member of Reception who refused to give me a refund and help resolve the issue. He told me that 'it was my responsibility to look after the towel and to sort it out with the guest', even though they had handed my sunbed over to someone else before we left. We asked if a member of staff could ask the lady if she had a receipt but they were unwilling to help, show any empathy to resolve the problem. We didn't have time to take this further as we had to catch the bus home. This could easily have been resolved by just giving us our deposit back, given the situation. This probably sounds trivial but the rudeness and unwillingness of the of Reception staff left me feeling very upset.

Gran hotel en la playa de San Agustín. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y en perfecto estado de mantenimiento. Piscina exterior climatizada . Un SPA fabuloso , gratuito para los clientes hospedados. Buffet de desayuno FANTÁSTICO y buffet de cena muy bueno. Los platos de del bar de la piscina cumplen con aprobado. Todos los días hay actuaciones , bastantes buenas. Es un hotel muy tranquilo y perfecto para descansar . Las habitaciones estan limpias y no les falta de nada con grandes vistas al océano y a la playa.El personal es muy bueno y siempre prestando ayuda a todos los clientes. La Sra. Elisa siempre atenta a cualquier cosa que suceda en el hotel y a los clientes. VOLVEREMOS. Una sugerencia : mejorar el café y las máquinas. Y la caja fuerte de las habitaciones ya no se cobra su uso en los grandes hoteles.
