We recently stayed there with my 80years old parents . I made the mistake of using their $40/day “secured” parking! The “secured “ parking is nothing but a vacant lot, located behind the Greyhound bus station, no fence, no cameras, no parking attendant, no lights! My truck among other vehicles was broken in and ransacked, property stolen and both Home2 suites and PMC ( the parking company) denied responsibility for the incident! It took me 6 hours to file a claim at PMC office with PMC “manager “ Juan H., clean up the inside of vehicle, go to Safelite location and during this time, NO ONE AT THE HOTEL EVER CHECKED ON MY 80 YEARS OLD PARENTS WHO WERE LEFT WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER FOR 6+ HOURS!!!! SHAME ON YOU HILTON STAFF!!!! I sent 10+ emails to PMC , even talked on the phone with Albert ESTRADA, PMC Director of Valet Operations, who was supposed to check on my claim and call me back but a month later and STILL NO CALL …… We won’t never use this hotel again !!!!
