Beautiful view from our hotel room ❤️ would stay here again only problem was there was some teens who were going through my laundry when I went back down to laundry room. And I ended up having some clothes missing.

We found the desk staff at the hotel very welcoming and friendly. Check-in was prompt. Cookies were excellent. The hotel rooms and common areas were all found to be very clean and well kept. We were there as part of a conference. The only hiccup was at the catered dinner, the food was very good but everyone at our table received cold food, not warm but cold. In my opinion they were understaffed causing the slow service causing the cold food.

The front desk agent ashley was nice & friendly. She was able to answer every question that I had ask her. The property was very clean and the rooms were super spacious as well. The cookies were the best, they were hot & warm, delicious. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent a night at this hotel with my niece and nephew last weekend. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were great and super clean. Breakfast the next morning was very good. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio looking for a great location and good place to stay. We will definitely be back!
