The resort people never contacted us, I had to call San Clemente Inn, who USED to manage the property, for information! Patio screen door inoperable. Lights both without bulbs and with defective switches. Despite multiple attempts by San Clemente Inn support (even though they were not mgrs. of record) TV sound never worked right for our entire stay. Grill failed to heat beyond 200 degrees. We have stayed in this resort before, including this apartment, and were looking forward to our stay near the beach. This timeshare vacation was about as poor a treatment as we have experienced in 20+ years of CA timesharing. (It was so bad that we left early and didn't return to finish our stay.)
