El hotel es excelente, súper cerca del centro, muy buena atención, muy bonito el lugar, desayuno rico a buen precio, las camas muy cómodas solo que la habitación que nos tocó tenía pared de prefabricados, al lago una familia con bebé y niño, se escuchaba su programa de televisión, lo que hablaban, el niño se levantó en la madrugada y todo se escuchaba es lo único que no nos gustó de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Una experiencia increíble. Desde nuestra llegada el personal súper amable, respetuoso y listos. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general está maravilloso. La ubicación de el hotel es al perfecta ya que está a unas cuadras de los andadores principales y de mercados artesanales y locales 100% recomendable

Hotel Junvay is a place I just don't understand. We had a lovely room with a tiny balcony (good to have a smoke, not to sit) at the back of the flowering courtyard, we were brought a heater when the weather turned cold, we had a kettle and a fridge, the shower was roomy, the street was quiet yet conveniently one block from the pedestrian street, shops and markets and restaurants all convenient and close, and most of the week we were there the hotel was empty. Some nights we were the only guests. It's true that Junvay is a bit classier than most places we usually stay. Many travellers we met in SCDC stayed in hostels, ok, I get that, others stayed in more expensive hotels closer to the "cooler" pedestrian street, but for us that street was only a 5-7-minute walk. My suggestion? Be a smart traveller, stay here!!

Location is convenient to the main square. The water took a good while to heat up (on-demand heating). The TV was frankly awful -- it rattled with any bass audio, and we had gotten spoiled with Roku TV whereas this one was strictly cable and not much of interest. The breakfast was good. The walls were paper thin and noises carried. Good front desk help though.

Excelente hotel, servicio de 10, todos muy atentos y amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Las habitaciones limpias, excelente. Los desayunos y comidas en un precio razonable y muy atentos en dar un buen servicio, la ubicación es muy buena todo te queda cerca. Gracias por el excelente servicio :)
