This place is great if you know going in that it is a hostel. It is NOT a hotel. The shower is shared, outside, you can only pay cash, the bathroom is outside. Etc. Otherwise great place to stay.

Superbe hostel à 5 min du centre! Accueil incroyablement chaleureux de Pepe, il fait très attention à ses clients et est aux petits soins 🥰 Ce fut un superbe séjour et je recommande vivement cet endroit à San Cristobal ! Encore merci à Pepe pour tout 🙏🏻

I loved the place! So comfy and home-loving!!! It is too warm and homely, the owners are excellent and the service is incredible. The location is perfect. Not mention the comfort of the prices. Definitely the best option to stay in Chiapas, Mexico.

Amé el lugar. Es un lugar demasiado cálido y hogareño, las comodidades son excelentes y el servicio es increíble. Me encantó la ubicación y ni hablar de la comodidad de los precios. Para viajar a México, Villa Coletas es en definitiva, una experiencia que volvería a repetir.
