The hotel was dirty. There was no real breakfast food. I was hoping for the instant oatmeal like the sign and the bowls suggested but none my entire time there. Would not go back there

Booked a night before and received a phone call at 6:30 on the day of the first night stay. They overbooked, I booked a double bed for my family of four. They offered a single. They didn’t have any other room but a single. I had no choice. I was going to sleep on the floor and my family on the bed. There was no trash can anywhere to be found in room or bathroom. I had to ask for one at the front desk. I found a dead roach in the fridge, I could live with that, no biggie. My 3yr old was laying on the bed and a roach was crawling on. Her left side of the pillow she laid her head on. We got our things and left.

Bad experience, lobby and corridor had a heavy cigarette smoke odor. The bedding in my non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The overall odor in the room reminded me of stale dirty clothes. The toilet seat was loose and easily moved side to side. First night I killed three roaches and more the second night. Started check-out at 3 am because of the roaches.

Poor housekeeping. Pungent stale odor in hallway and room. Had to go to Walmart and purchase disinfectant spray, cleaning supply, Swiffer mop and air fresheners.
Just for my own well being.

The front desk staff is lazy at the lowest level.
The internet in the room was almost nonexistent.
There were few guests staying, but our request for a higher floor was not heard.
I've stayed here a few times but this was by far the worst experience.

The 1st room had baby roaches in the kitchen area. The rooms were dirty. I didn't realize families live there. They may have carried them in with them. I don't know but I wont recommend it for a night's stay.
