To be honest, this hotel has the most rigid service since I came to the United States. The service staff is lifeless. Many other hotels allow check-in before 3 o'clock, but they are more rigid. The room I stayed in was exposed to the sun! The front desk refused to change the room to another floor. The experience was very bad. The air conditioner was very noisy. The pictures did not match the room I stayed in at all. The square size and area were also different from the pictures. However, we finally negotiated a refund with the Ctrip platform. I will never book this hotel again.
