Located on the famous California Avenue, the location is excellent, convenient for travel, the room is clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is high! Unlike what I saw in other reviews, there are rarely homeless people around. I don’t know how it will be in the future. The service of an Asian gentleman at the front desk is in place, thumbs up 👍!

The management of this hotel is extremely arrogant and ruthless.
Three weeks before our check-in date, we applied for a cancellation through the platform due to a possible trip rescheduling because of a physical injury. I prepared a hospital diagnosis of a fracture and a rest certificate, but despite multiple communications, the hotel still refused to cancel. Other hotels, however, helped us with the cancellation.
Upon check-in, the hotel charges a parking fee of $45 per day, but you can only park until 2 PM the next day — no matter how late you arrive.
In summary, we had to stay at this hotel, and the experience was as anticipated; perhaps their practices are legal, but they are heartless — showing no understanding, care, or service spirit towards guests.

The hotel location is good, and the room had a great view of the city. There is trader joes and whole food nearby. Water dispenser and microwave is available at the basement of the hotel which was quite convenient
