The quilt smells, and the location is in a homeless area, which is very unsafe. I dare not go out at night. There are so many homeless people that I am scared.

Very loud guests in some rooms, lots of pounding on the walls and when we asked the hotel to do something about it, they did nothing. Impossible to sleep with the noise in the middle of the night. Asked for a refund since they did not do anything about it and they blacklisted us stating we tried to scam them. Not recommended
