Located in the city center, public transportation is very convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet and clean. The room is large. The double bed is 1.5 meters, but the bedding is good. There are tables, chairs and sofas. The shower has a large amount of water. The only regret is that there is no refrigerator

I loved this hotel very much. It was gorgeous and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but we had one incident that was completely unacceptable and was never resolved. We had a man enter our room randomly without knocking. Turned out he was from the landscaping crew and wanted to get on the small patio outside our room. He never knocked and spoke only Spanish. I was beyond livid ! In no way or in no situation was this acceptable ! I was in the bathroom they faced the door and my husband was dressed but laying on the bed watching TV. It was 8 am in the morning ! We called to speak with a manager but was told they were in a meeting. Nobody ever called and nothing was done about it.
Had I been alone … or worse, in the shower - I would have sued the hotel !
Remove that incident and I loved it. Gorgeous hotel. No restaurant or area to have a drink but we found a local area.

Double charged me for my rooms. I prepaid for the rooms in April 2024, which I confirmed at check-in on 7/19. I was charged again for the rooms once I checked out on 7/21. I called the front desk twice to address this issue and was not issued an apology. I talked in circles with the front desk about this issue and they offered no resolution/refund and were quite rude. The front desk gave me an email to send information, which was faulty and undeliverable. This was my bachelorette weekend and I am the bride. I felt so frustrated and broken down after calling numerous times. Customer service showed no remorse or effort to remedy their mistake.

Great location - we could walk to China Town and North Beach (aka Little Italy) easily from the hotel. (well, it's up hill, but do-able). Service is exceptional - rooms and common areas are well kept - we had a great time.

Pros: Quiet, smooth check-in process, safe Cons: Red mold all over shower walls (thought it was blood at first), musty smell, shower pressure was so strong it seriously felt like being hosed down, caulking in shower is deteriorating (maybe due to the pressure of the water), check-out person seemed unhappy/unfriendly

Great hotel, superb service, convenient albeit super-expensive parking, BUT unfortunately the financial district is fairly sterile and unpopulated, except for transients, occasional tourists, and touristy restaurants and shops. It didn’t have much life to it, and walking from here seemed a bit sketchy, with the Bart barely better.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. There was some noise at night with people coming and going and noise down on the street, but I guess that is to be expected in the city.
