I don't know why the rating is so low. Although the facilities are a bit old, the induction lights, toiletries, large shower head, clean and tidy, and the price is not expensive. You can even book a nanny car to pick you up at the airport for free the next day. Such a simple but real hotel is rare in second-tier cities in the United States. This is my first review, and I can't bear to see the low rating.

I came here last week and wanted to check in my room but their system was down so they could not check anyone in. It was 1 am and there was nothing they could do. I had to go find a hotel at 1AM... it was not fun and very stressful.

The hotel room has a strong smell of *********, and there is no sense of security. Although the reservation is made through Ctrip, Ctrip does not pay the room fee, but directly deducts the payment, which will deduct 45% of the room price. The website says 24/7 shuttle after waiting for the shuttle we finallly called the hotel they DO NOT have a shuttle but they will call an uber for you and they will pay. This would have been nice to know. The door to the rooms is broken, to get back to the lobby you have to go out and around to the front doors to the lobby but no sign to inform you. When we booked a restaurant and bar were advertised but by the time we arrived both were closed this was stated on the website but not when we booked as we booked early. This would have been nice to know as we knew we would arrive kinda late and be hungry.
