The rooms are pretty good even though the facilities are not very complete
The sink leaks if the water flow is too large
The receptionist does not speak English

This was a comfortable stay. The rooms are quite and spacious. In the communal area, was complementary coffee and biscuits for everyone. The location is great for coffee shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay in San Jose´. Very close to the shopping district, restaurants and night life.
The hotel is very quiet all day, rooms are clean and with lots of space for your suitcases.
I highly recommend this place !

Very old and Dark Hotel, rooms and furniture's are dirty and very unwelcomed, i asked to stay on the first floor when all the rooms vacant , but he gave me a room on the second floor and even didn't try to help me with the luggage , the shower is disaster

The hotel was not at all pleasant, old facilities, we had to pay for parking since the vehicle did not fit into the facility and since we booked with ********** we were denied breakfast service, they promoted something they did not provide. I don't recommend it.. 😒
