It was good.

Typical American hotel, right in the mall, very convenient

Poor rating! The service is very poor! The banquet at night is still noisy until 11. The guests left and started to dismantle the stage until 12. The noise of several instruments rumbling is so loud that I can't sleep! At 6 o'clock in the morning, the breakfast pots and pans in the atrium began to ring! Had to leave the hotel and couldn't find a luggage cart to carry luggage. The price is expensive and the breakfast is too bad. I don't recommend it!

Nice room, not many breakfast options

Due to nighttime fatigue operation, I double booked two hotels under Hilton for the same night😭... After the Ctrip customer service team failed to communicate with the other party, the hotel refused to refund, and Ctrip refunded the room fee for the repeated reservation on behalf of me. I stayed at this property way back in 2005. Since then they had renovated the inside and the rooms. But the renovation looks very dated. Not impressed by the room condition. One of the room was a ADA room. The room was clean but the bedding was not up to the mark. The mattress was soft, the sofa bed looks used. The turntable inside the microwave was not present. Will not stay here again

Great location, spacious rooms and clean. The staff are very helpful. Many dining options both at the hotel and around.

Excellent stay! One night! Great service. A good breakfast and night snack. Pool area a bit small but suffice. Walking out was very nicely treated by staff.

Our family had a great stay at Embassy Suites. We always looked forward to their fresh omelets every morning and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. You definitely feel spoiled! Our only complaint is the living room space. The couch wasn’t comfortable and it was visibly stained. We usually didn’t hang out in that room. We love staying at Embassy Suites hotels and this trip was no different.

this is a very nice hotel. my only complaint is that the coffee service at 7 am is late for me and the coffee in the hotel room is terrible. Please, god, get better coffee in the room!

The room did not match the photos. The bathroom tap was dripping throughout the stay. Rooms were dated. TV does not have youtube or online streaming facility which is a must now a days for a room that you pay $200+/day. Breakfast was good which was the only plus.

family friendly, clean rooms, indoor pool , breakfast served with non plastic plates and great variations of food and beverages. Very friendly staff and service!
