Quality Suites Downtown San Luis Obispo Reviews

The place, location and service is amazing. I only have one comment (which is a minor one). During my 3 nights of stay I had to ask for things like water, sugar and cream as it’s not refilled by default. Also I had to ask for slippers but it was provided immediately.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was evident that they had taken good care of it. I liked that it felt more like a resort than a hotel. Breakfast was also great. It was a room I wanted to stay in for a long time. I plan to visit again next time if I get the chance.

One night stay traveling through. Had to switch rooms twice because found carpet beetles in the first two rooms. Also found one in the third room, but didn't have much options because the site was full. The first two rooms were adjoining, and the last was in proximity. The sliding patio door didn't fully close in all rooms. The rooms and fixtures were dated and in need of an upgrade, as I believe is in the works. Otherwise, staff was accommodating, room was quiet and area was walkable. I believe other accommodations in the area were in similar conditions.

Great location, huge room, includes refrigerator Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Definitely a do over!!

Clean rooms, nice pool, included breakfast had both continental and freshly made options and staff were very friendly and helpful and very close to downtown SLI!! Overall, a beautiful experience!! A hidden gem!

We liked the walkability to downtown SLO from this hotel…but overall the rooms are very tired and felt too used/lived in. I made a mental note to only book at established hotel chains moving forward. I need a renovated room.

Super hotel for our family. We had a suite with two beds and a separate sitting area. Hotel is older but has been updated so it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with 4 platter options and lots of traditional choices. Really nice staff. We didnt use the pool but the temp seemed good and we liked hanging out by fire pit and gardens. Easy walk .5 mile to the hub of slo but a few places to eat within a block. This would be a go to for any stay on slo

We were in SLO for a college tour and had a great stay. We appreciate all the amenities. Great staff, clean, and the location is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay! Although the room decor reminded me of my house from the 90’s, everything was functional and clean. The room was a nice size, with a sliding door in between the bedroom and the living area. The breakfast was awesome! Made to order eggs, waffles, pastries, juice, yogurt, and much more! We will definitely stay there again!

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was great!! Happy hour included BBQ to purchase. The rooms could use updating and double beds felt small for a family of 4.

They are remodeling some of the property but the room I had was clean, roomy and served my needs perfectly. The breakfast was really good for a complementary breakfast, omelets cooked to order. I will say the I was completely satisfied
