Excellent location and amazing service at this beautiful boutique hotel. The food at the restaurant was great and the employees made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. The staff is always there when you need them . Our room got cleaned 3 to 5 times a day, that is hard to see even in a 5 star hotel. Concierge service was beyond expectation, they where able to get us a wine tour 1 hour before; even when there was no tours avaible. Bar tender service was excellent. if they don't have the drink you want, then it will be created for you. We received no excuses on why it was not possible. Everything was doable at Matilda.Strongly recommended . We will be back with more friends. Keep up with excellent service . Jose Andreu

The property itself was wonderful. The meal at Moxi was truly bad. A tasteless yet expensive menu de degustacion, specially worse was the main dish of that menu on Feb 23.

Omar and the rest of the staff made us feel extremely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This hotel provides a 5 star service. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Excelente estadía! La atención de front desk muy buena, los colaboradores todos muy amables, los desayunos del restaurante muy ricos. La habitación cómoda, muy completa y grande, con una linda terraza. Mí único comentario sería que el ruido exterior se metía a la habitación. Sí volvería!
