Es bonito, pero buscaría mejor un hotel con estacionamiento ya que se tardan 30 minutos en venir por tu carro o a regresarlo. Tiene escaleras para las dos habitaciones que reservamos y no lo sabíamos. Yo daría una calificación de 8

Buena ubicación pero no tiene estacionamiento como aseguran, solo tienen un servicio de valet que tarda hasta 30 min en llegar. Nunca hubo agua caliente y se escuchan ruidos de otras habitaciones.

En mal estado, sin servicios no tiene restaurante ni estacionamiento hay que hacer un trámite engorroso para que se lleven tu coche a guardar y de regreso lo mismo una hora de espera para disponer de tu vehículo las fotos publicadas no muestran la realidad del hotel es muy viejo y está mal conservado.

la habitación NO contaba con aire acondicionado, a pesar de que esta anunciado como que si cuenta y me cobraron el total tal cual, y el baño olía mucho a drenaje, el estacionamiento esta a 20 minutos del hotel, no volvería aun que el personal fue amable. no valió la pena el costo

The hotel is very centrally located and is probably very popular for that reason. However, it seems like the owners or managers have not taken the time to review the ******* information and therefore it is not correct. I had a Junior Suite which should have had a king sized bed but only got a room upstairs that was a double at best. Also, bathroom smell was unpleasant. The layout of the rooms means that anything in the lobby and in the rooms can be heard. There is no onsite parking, it is valet parking and has to be requested. There is coffee and a snack in the morning which was called "breakfast." Overall the hotel is OK and the location is great for walking around San Miguel, but attention to detail in the description could me less confusion and dissapointment for the guests.
