Rooms are very hot, the staff is rude and the pool area needs to be remodeled. They do not like to give information only sell tours which is higher than the agencies you find on the main road. The price is high for what you get. The only good thing was the breakfast. Book another hotel!!!

O Atacama é um lugar de dificil aclimatação e um bom hotel ajuda muito a melhorar a experiencia. O atendimento é muito bom porém alguns atendentes tem dificukdade com ingles e portugues. O café da manhã é bem completo. O hotel oferece agua gratuita alem de outros mimos. O restaurante é honesto e tem bons vinhos. Só nao dei uma avaliação melhor por que os quartos não possuem ar condicionado. Nao sentimos calor no quarto mas creio que no verão nao deve ser mto bom.

We booked a suite which proved to be a very comfortable room, plenty of space and an extremely comfortable bed. The shower room was spacious with an overhead shower that could convert to detachable. The suite came with outs own balcony leading on to the hotel swimming pool. All the buildings are in a colour scheme that fits perfectly with the surrounding desert We ate in the hotel restaurant several times, and all meals were very well prepared and tasty. The staff were extremely helpful, and although not always proficient in English were keen to communicate. As with travelling in the rest of Chile, it is helpful to at least know some basic Spanish

Perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, it looks like the desert, the service is exceptional, reception, bar, cleaning, everyone is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, very complete with toiletries and everything! It was a really good experience. The breakfast was also delicious, I really have nothing bad to say, I would go back and recommend it a thousand times.

A very comfortable place close to Caracoles Street, the hot spot where everything happens. The rooms are spacious and I'm sure you'll be comfortable relaxing by the pool (which by the way is smaller than in the pictures) after a day of adventures. We stayed at the very back of the property, which I loved because it was more private. I definitely recommend NOI Casa Atacama, great location, great staff, good food, all the boxes checked.

Hotel excelente. Nosso quarto era muito grande e confortável. Vi críticas ao hotel em relação a nao ter ar condicionado, mas isso não é um problema, o quarto é bem arejado e fresco durante o dia no calor e bem quente a noite, não sei como fazem isso, acho que pelo teto ou paredes. A piscina é boa e o café da manhã tbm é bom. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. A limpeza do quarto é excelente! Muito bom!!! Fica a uns 500 metros da rua principal, uns 10 minutos a pé. Isso não é um problema porque a região é segura.
