Habíamos reservado tres habitaciones , de acuerdo a la página web , podían ser dobles o twin. Sin embargo al llegar no había disponibilidad de camas twin, lo que significó que nos dieran una habitación con una muy pequeña ventana y muy fría . Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a una muy buena habitación. El TV no funcionó , y a pesar de habernos asegurado que había sido arreglado , siguió sin funcionar.

excelente servicio, la comida en el restaurante muy buena y con precios iguales que en los restaurantes del centro o hasta más economica. Solo hay un generador de una propiedad enfrente del hotel que hace mucho ruido, pero no es del hotel.
La alberca es muy chica, pero sirve para refrescarse. Las camas super comodas.

Staff gave wrong directions and bad advice.. wasted our time driving to the hot spring during mid day where we even see it.

Fantastic facilities and amenities, and very helpful staff. They upgraded our room and offered VIP amenities automatically. Excellent breakfast and great food at Casa Paniri, their in-house restaurant. Absolutely loved their complimentary coffee and tea station for guests. Beautiful rooms and even the crib for the baby was really nice. Would be nice if they could provide an electric kettle in the room upon request to make sterilizing baby bottles easier.

Great place to stay, very cozy and quiet. Service and staff were very kind. Our overall rating would be about a 4.6 out of 5. The food at the restaurant is great. In terms of minor details, we didn't like that the bathroom and shower did not have separate doors. They are connected, but does't feel very private. Water gets out of the shower since there is no shower door. Lighting inside the rooms was also quite low. There were saunas and hot tubs, but the saunas were not on when we tried to use them, and the sauna was cold. Other than those minor details, the place is very nice and recommendable. The premium room has a hot tub inside and it is a wonderful experience. It is in a very central location, close to the Main Street of the pueblo.

Indiferenca - Um hotel que teria tudo para agradar o cliente , mas que por indiferenca nao agrada . Indiferenca no atendimento na recepcao no acolhimento no cuidado do espaco fisico sobretudo nos jardins , nos arranjos da recepcao ( terrivel) nas varandas internas com as almofadas rasgadas .... etcc Espero que facam a diferenca neste hotel porque o Atacama e um roteiro muito ESPECIAL E VOCE PASSA COM ESSA INDIFERENCA DO HOTEL NOI!! TRISTE !!!!
