Location was great, the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We found it to be an quiet oasis after long travel excursion days.

Excelente escolha pra hospedagem. Localizado quase na esquina da caracoles, piscinas ótimas. Atendimento excelente, ressalto a brasileira SEVLA um amor de pessoa, cheia de dicas valiosas. A suíte 35 é melhor !

Bellissima struttura e pulitissima . Le camere vengono pulite anche più volte al giorno. Acqua calda presente nel bagno, il che non è scontato in posti come questo. Hotel situato in una via vicino a quella centrale del paese . Colazione buona ed abbondante con molta varietà di scelta di cibi . Nella hall dell’hotel è sempre presente acqua calda con the, tisane e caffè . Personale dell’hotel gentile e professionale.

This is a lovely property and the staff were wonderful. It might be too warm in summer as there is no AC and little ventilation. We would absolutely stay here again.

O Poblado Kimal e o Kimal da hotéis muito charmosos. Excelente infra, com quartos construídos em adobe, no verão um ar condicionado faz falta mas acredito que em outras estações seja bem tranquilo. As piscinas são excelentes. O café da manhã muito bom e ainda tem o esquema de picnic pros dias que não se consegue tomar café. A recepção é nota 1.0000, principalmente pela brasileira SEVLA, uma pessoa prestativa, educada e super cortes. O restaurante também é maravilhoso!!!

Personnel tres accueillant (aussi bien à l'accueil, au restaurant et pour le menage), toujours prêt à rendre service. Chambre dans une petite "hutte" individuelle en bois, très bien aménagée (manque peut-être un peu de rangement si vous avez de grosses valises). Chambre très propre. Au niveau du petit dej, vraiment rien à redire, copieux, frais et très bon. Au niveau du restaurant, les plats sont vraiment très bien cuisinés et délicieux, (dignes d'un bon resto français). Je conseille ce petit coin de paradis
