Teniendo una reserva no me guardaron la habitación no les importó ver el número de reserva ni tampoco ofrecerme apoyo. Fue un momento incómodo he inseguro pues a las 12 de la noche estaba buscando donde quedarme. El joven que me atendió fue poco profesional

The service was great! Food was average. Does not have hot water in the mornings for shower. In the evening its just warm water.

Creo que ******* y el Hotel están totalmente desconectados. El personal es muy poco profesional y no se asegura de llamar a ******* para asegurarse de que la reservación estuviese en orden. Es una pena. No recomiendo hacer reservaciones en este hotel y menos por *******. Estoy muy decepcionado. La comida, el aseo nada mal.
