Residence molto bello, immerso nel verde, vicino alla spiaggia Isuledda e al centro di San Teodoro.. L'appartamento era ben arredato con un bel giardino, non mancava niente e soprattutto pulito. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e super disponibile. Ci ritorneremo.

Siamo stati al residence per una settimana in famiglia, tutto perfetto: pulizia, tranquillità, posizione e la sera in veranda una meravigliosa brezza. Personale disponibile e ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le bellezze che offre la zona. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo appena soggiornato in un appartamento gestito dal residence Miriacheddu,a Budditogliu,frazione di San Teodoro. Località tranquilla, appartamento pulito e fornito del necessario, a pochi km da San Teodoro e da tutte le spiagge più belle della zona. Posizione strategica e ottima qualità/prezzo. Simona è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa che peraltro ho letto anche in una recensione del 2021, è la mancanza del condizionatore o semplicemente di un ventilatore. Abbiamo dovuto acquistarlo, poiché l'unico a disposizione era già impegnato. Il caldo estivo in questi posti è a dir poco insopportabile. Abbiamo faticato a dormire per diverse notti. È decisamente un particolare da non sottovalutare.

Unterkunft hat sehr unangenehm gerochen, Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche stank und man musste sich ständig kratzen ( Milben?). Bett war ebenso eine Katastrophe Matratze war so weich und durchgelegen. Zudem war es in der Unterkunft so feucht das unsere Kleidung auch feucht war. Uns wurden bei Anreise eine kleine mini Elektronik Heizung angeboten obwohl es in der Unterkunft eine Heizung gab, die wurde natürlich nicht angeschaltet. Eine Grundausstattung an spülmittel, Schwamm und Geschirrtücher wären auch wünschenswert gewesen. Alles im Ganzen hat uns dieser Aufenthalt leider überhaupt nicht gefallen und werden es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfetto. Personale gentilissimo, posizione invidiabile e strutture davvero belle, accoglienti e funzionali. Il complesso sorge vicino ad una spiaggia bellissima (isuledda). Le casette godono di un panorama suggestivo. Tutto ben curato. Ottimo

We stayed from 8 August to 15 August, as soon as we arrived we were immediately told of the possible presence of ants in the house, after only an hour a total invasion in the house which lasted for the entire period spent in the residence, we were told that they would have called the disinfestation instead only one person arrived who put some bleach and solved the problem for only two hours, a disaster, the last day we had all the suitcases and clothes full of ants in the closet too, an incredible discomfort , and no one has even asked us to apologize and they have not even given us a real support, wi fi does not exist but it is the least ... I strongly advise against living in nature with animals at home.
