Personal sehr freundlich, charmant, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Service und Essen sind den Preis absolut wert. Standort top, Eigenprodukte (egal ob food oder non food) sehr hochwertig. Qualität statt Quantität. Ein Betrieb, der Verantwortung für die Umwelt ernst nimmt.

Just checked out of Hotel San Vito de Capo. I extensively researched and chose the hotel for a relaxing romantic break. I’m afraid our experience was disappointing and the hotel is really over priced. Over all the the hotel feels badly managed and lacking in any class. Rooms are small and tired. The view is lovely but the great location is spoilt by the noise both mornings we were woken up by horrendous beeping of trucks from 8 am. There is an extra charge for everything spa 30 euro each for only 1 hour even sunbeds 20 euro. This was not explained very little info given on QR code or when signing for sunbed. The breakfast was fairly basic but what was there was nice, service was slow and even ordering a coffee took a while. We asked for an iron no ironing board available and were asked to return it at 9.15 when they rang our room and woke us up to return it. So many aspects of our frustrations would be easy to improve hopefully they can address them for 2025.

Das war sicher mal ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Aber seit Jahren wurde – auf alle Fälle im Zimmer, das wir hatten – nichts mehr oder wenig investiert. Die Matratzen sind gut, aber mein Kissen war zu weich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber der Hocker in der Garderobe ist zerschlissen, wie auch die Bettumrandung. Die Lampenschirme sind fleckig. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Doch weil es nicht parallel zum Meer gebaut wurde, sieht man von den Zimmern aus nicht nur aufs Meer, sondern auch auf Mistkübel der nahe gelegenen Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert. Liegestühle muss man bezahlen.

1 star hotel at a 4 star price. The place is dirty, their website photos aren't recent and the manager is extremely rude. They will nickel and dime you for any normal requests a 4 star hotel would offer for free. Even then, if you happen to arrive when the female manager is on, even normal requests will be denied (no help with luggage even if you offer a large tip). If you get a filthy room, they'll let you change rooms, for a fee. In short, if you are looking to spend all of your money on a hotel that will make you wish you had just slept on the street, this is the place for you!

Dopo 5 anni siamo ritornati all’hotel Capo San Vito e come le precedenti 5 volte è stato un soggiorno assai piacevole. L’hotel è sempre ben organizzato, pulito, in posizione eccellente. Il ristorante offre un menù con cibi di alta qualità. Il personale è cortese e attento. Se fosse possibile ottenere un po’ più di spazio in spiaggia, sarebbe certamente gradito, ma con un mare così bello, si può soprassedere.

Ottimo hotel , posizione fantastica ( in spiaggia ) ; mia moglie ed io siamo di Milano ; camera ( noi avevamo la deluxe , quella più piccola ) organizzata in modo impeccabile e pulita , il personale passa due volte al giorno per le pulizie e sistemazione , ho letto gente che si è lamentata della posizione della camera posta sul retro di un ristorante ( dove ero io ) ; mi domando se sono a S. Vito con quel mare fantasmagorico io in camera cosa faccio oltre che a dormire e lavarmi?😜 ogni commento è superfluo . Cucina chef ottimo complimenti😋, materie prime di altissima qualità e cucinate in modo fantastico , unico neo il menù dovrebbe variare più spesso. Inoltre ho trovato personale sia in sala che alla reception fantastico , professionale , educato , cordiale e soprattutto quell’ospitalità che fa del Siciliano persona unica al mondo ;un grazie al direttore persona fantastica che ti fa sentire sempre a tuo agio ; ci torneremo grazie!!!! Hotel con posizione invidiabile,praticamente sul mare,il personale molto molto gentile…però secondo me il prezzo un po’ alto per quello che alla fine è l’hotel!Camere pulite..carine..ma il tempo si fa sentire !Qualche ritocco sarebbe gradito!

Hotel an schöner Lage direkt am Strand und zentral gelegen. Die junior Suite war ein unterteiltes 3 Bett-Zimmer und hat mit Suite nicht zu tun außer der Preis von € 450 pro Nacht . Obwohl ich es vorher mit dem Hotel abgeklärt habe, ist das Hotel nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Die Treppe zum Fahrstuhl kann nur über eine sehr steile provisorische Rappe überwunden werden, mit Hilfe von 2 Personen. - das Abendessen (halb rohe involtini) lieblos serviert… nicht gerade dem Anspruch des Hotels entsprechend. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Ich bin früher abgereist, natürlich ohne Entgegenkommen des Hotels.

L'hotel è uno dei due capisaldi dell'ospitalità di San Vito Lo Capo. Posizionato che più centrale non si può, è dotato di servizi e comfort da 4 stelle. Hanno un organico sottostimato ma nonostante questo, gli addetti sono veramente eccezionali : un po' di empatia e di solidarietà, fanno il miracolo. Mi dicono che quest'anno il livello cucina fosse meno alto, ma scegliendo i piatti giusti... (sorvolo sul vino frizzante (lol). Ho sbagliato la scelta della camera (mea culpa) e mi sono ritrovato in una situazione un po' claustrofobica ma gli spazi comuni esterni compensano (andate al quarto piano). Le persone che ho conosciuto mi hanno fatto stare bene e ringrazio in particolare Agnese (Gne Gne). Ma anche tutti gli altri e le altre di cui non so il nome. San Vito in agosto non è il massimo ma in questo hotel il tempo passa bene. Andateci.
