Al Raya Suites Hotel

I used to stay at Al Raya hotel before the pandemic season, the reason I choose this hotel because of my previous experience and comfort. But this this, I really wished that I didn’t book this hotel for this trip. 1- the room/one bedroom suite wasn’t ready for customer or traveler. 2- I asked for extra towel because only available one towel but until checkout I didn’t receive. 3- I asked for extra bottles of water after checked in but o was told by the receptionist that only 2 bottles per day, I offered to pay for the water but she said better to order outside. And I didn’t receive any water on my second day until I checked out. 4- the bin- no plastic bag . The bin rusted. 5- no coffee in the room , only 2 tea bags 6- breakfast was sent to our room for n the morning, didn’t even ask what was our preference and no hot drink/hot water and no coffee or tea. Bread basket was not fresh. Cheese was melted. Orange juice was served on glass but no cover , only cover with small saucer 7- the price is too high for the current condition and service of the hotel , way too high from before 8- no shower gel 9- towel with bad smell

In a word, disgusting. Booked the hotel because all others booked up for F1 weekend. No hot water, no WiFi, dirty, flat batteries in TV remote, could not regulate AC, staff could only apologize and offer no solutions. Will not ever stay here again
