Pool and spa were broken down. Exterior windows were filthy. Fan for room heater could not be run continuously. Cycled on and off all night. Curtains in room were torn. No elevator. Would not recommend this hotel (definitely not a resort by any means).

We arrived believing there was a restaurant and bar as listed on the website. We waited to eat so we could relax at our hotel after a long ride . We were informed the restaurant & bar had been closed for a year . Disappointed & hungry

You charged me for 2 nights after I got on line and cancelled 1 night. I couldn’t find my new confirmation. You suck and will never use your service again

The staff was incredible. The rooms need to be updated. The toilet keeps flushing 3 times before stopping. The room smelled. The air conditioner did not work but the fan went on once an hour for 10 minutes and very loud. A plus was the beds were comfortable and fresh. We were disappointed the restaurant was closed. The staff did their best with the continental breakfast with what they had to work with and were very friendly. We heard a rumor they would be shutting it down. It was grossly overpriced for what we experienced. So sorry for the bad review but had to be honest.

Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants down town.

Room not the one booked. Poor bathroom design. Overpriced. Balcony unusable due to noisy machinery just below. Breakfast had minimal offerings. Tea bags unavailable in dining room and tea water not hot. Restaurant quality below former dining experiences.

We were disappointed that our AC didn’t work properly ( we figured it out). We were also disappointed with the breakfast. Very limited due to being so busy the day before for Mother’s Day as we were told. We were given yogurt only when we asked if they had some.
