Blev nekade att köpa ett glas i baren till vår chaufför 21.53 (stängde 22.00, då vi anlände sent från ett 60- årsfirande ( men +det fans en minibar på rummet). Frukosten var katastrof kom dit 08.30 och nästan allt var slut och det gick väldigt långsamt med påfyllning stor irritation bland övriga gäster också. Men sortimentet var tillräckligt i min smak iaf. Men blev besviken då jag sett fram emot en härlig hotellfrukost. Övrigt ett fint ställe och vi utnyttjade fm med promenad och besökte även butiker mm.

We arrived 15 minutes before check in so we beat the queue. Our room was located in the main building and was nice and clean. You could however hear anything happening outside your door quite well. The bedroom was quite tiny but it was manageable since we had a living room as well. The bed was comfortable and there was both a blind and thick curtains that you could use to make the room pitch black. We had an amazing view over the river from both the bedroom and the living room! The bathroom was a bit weird. There was no rubber shower barrier so the water went all over the floor… The surrounding area of the hotel was very beautiful! They even had a newly constructed sauna and bathing jetty. They could use some more sun-beds, other than that it was perfect. The breakfast was quite good. It had a nice assortment of bread, both grain and white. We did however want some more vegetables to choose from, like cucumber and capsicum. It would also be nice with some oat cereal, like Start.

Vi blev uppgraderade till ett fantastiskt rum i Herrgården. Superfint bemötande. Rummet välstädat med skön dubbelsäng och makalös utsikt över Dalälven. Personligt och proffsigt bemötande. Bastun var toppen! Vi saknade bara möjlighet att hämta bubbelvatten till rummet och bubbelvatten till frukost samt dagstidningar. Tack för em underbar vistelse på min födelsedag ☀️🐣✨️

Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen, som dessutom hade stor kunskap om området runt Gysinge. Rummet låg i ett annex med lite knarrande och kalla golv men sköna sängar. Behaglig sovtemperatur i rummet. Vattenkokare och litet kylskåp tillgängligt i rummet. Dusch och toa välstädat. TV saknades men finns i huvudbyggnadens reception. Där finns också möjlighet att spela biljard. Fantastisk frukost och service i Orangeriet. Vackra omgivningar om än helt inbäddade i 2 dm djup snö. Det tog en dag innan gångvägarna hade snöröjts. God tillgång på röda geléhjärtan.

Vi bokade ett Superior dubbelrum i herrgården under allahelgona för att komma bort från stan. Fick ett nyrenoverat hörnrum med underbar utsikt över sjön. Rent och fräscht med mycket trevlig personal i receptionen och i restaurangen.
