Great experience at the Blue Bahai! Becca and her team made our stay comfortable and relaxing. In addition to the daily updates about the history of Roatán and suggestions for things to do and see, Becca and her team were available throughout the day to assist with transportation and other arrangements. The restaurant was great also great! The food was well prepared and delicious.

This has been an incredible experience!! Adam, Becca and team are awesome and always there to make your stay even better. They are a wealth of information concerning activities on the island and wonderful places to eat. The food at the restaurant is amazing and very reasonable. I am planning on returning soon!!

I traveled alone with my son to Roatan and stayed at Blue Bahia. We had just had a terrible experience with the airline and Becca helped us feel at home. They are very friendly here. Their grill experience is great because you can have a great Honduran breakfast, or go more American. They are right on the beach so you can just walk out into the water. It is super chill here and the grill gets packed on some nights with live music. The pool is beautiful and it is nice to have a full kitchen in our studio. The hammocks outside each room are the absolute best! Definitely no surprises and everything looked just as it does online!

Great place. We go to Roatan once a year for about ten years to work st Clinica Esperanza. We used to stay at various places, until we found Blue Bahia. Now, we always stay here. It is nice, not overly luxurious, and right on the beach. Always clean and safe. Pool is delightful. Nice restaurant where we eat most of our meals - looking out over the ocean. It has its own small dive shop - which is nice. Management very responsive. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to Roatan and we were not disappointed. Blue Bahia was exactly as advertised. It is a low key resort with a great chill vibe. We were greeted with great hospitality and truly felt a part of the community from day one. Becca, Adam, Josh, Kim, and all the staff were exceptionally welcoming and happy to assist with questions and valuable suggestions. Every morning we got a very helpful message of specials and happenings around the island. The included breakfast was fantastic and you got to make your choice from their regular menu. My only initial reservation was that the affordable price was too good to be true. Those were false concerns because it was a fantastic value for a great resort. Tailor made for divers. The Sandy Bay Divers were great to dive with. They seemed to do a great job grouping experienced divers with experienced divers and novice with novice. Bottom time was maximized. Location is ideal as well. Secluded enough for relaxation and close enough to activities that you won’t be inconvenienced. You won’t be disappointed booking this resort.

Blue Bahia is out of the mainstream hustle & bustle of the West End. About 5 minutes by car, it feels secluded on the beach. We visited twice during our week in Roatan. The owners are so personable and really care about the experience. Sunset here alone is worth the search for the restaurant. We enjoyed the Wednesday 2-tail lobster dinner and the tacos are really favorable.

Kim, Josh, Becca and Josh are hosts extraordinaire and the property is wonderfully intimate, clean and all good vibes. Every detail is considered from a daily WhatsApp event message, to virtually immediate responses to any request. We quickly realized most of the guests were return visitors, which is a huge compliment in itself. The food at the grill is only exceeded by the service. If we are ever on Roatan again, we will 100% stay with Kim and Josh at the Blue Bahia! Thanks @bluebahia

Lovely stay. The staff and owners really have a family vibe that is so welcoming! We came to dive and with a dove shop on site it was so convenient. The condos are super comfortable amd simple. We didn’t cook because the restaurant was so easy and nice but the kitchen would have everything one would need. Easy peasy life here. Thanks friends.

This was our first trip to Roatan, and after reading Trip Advisor reviews and visiting lots of web sites we selected Blue Bahia Resort. We stayed in Sunset 1, which is one of the condos over the restaurant - it has an awesome covered deck that has an unobstructed view of the ocean - worth the extra $! Being over the Beach Grill restaurant wasn't a problem, they close before 10 p.m. so the noise was minimal as we headed to bed. As others have said, the staff at both the resort and the restaurant are all friendly and helpful - Becca and Adam run the resort, Johnny and Wally (to name a few) serving in the restaurant. It rained a LOT while we were there, and we enjoyed the Beach Grill several evenings rather than venture out into the deluge. Becca provided contact info for several drivers, so even without a car we were able to explore the island some and visit West End. We were there to dive, and Sandy Bay Divers on site were awesome (see separate review). Due to the rain and the muddy runoff, we were not able to snorkel in front of resort, maybe next trip! Book Blue Bahia if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing setting, clean and well stocked condos, and excellent service.
