So....overall the room was clean. We were brought fresh towels everyday. You would need a car to get around as your kind of out of the way. I would suggest brining hangers as there were none in our room, I asked for some at the front desk and housekeeping and was advised that they did not have any. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent, so don't count on that for your mornings. We had to go out everyday for breakfast. The beds were pretty good, pillows were terrible. Cable tv was good. Felt fairly safe, but our neighbors next door were pretty loud. Housekeeping was pretty friendly. I'm not sure I would stay there again, but if was in a pinch and had to it would be okay. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for and this holds true for this motel. Sanford itself was good, met a lot of super nice people and had some great food.

Awesome!! We recently moved to NC from MN and after a 3 day long road trip with our uhaul we checked in. We were excited see we were guest of the day (maybe they felt bad for us lol) but we checked in and went to bed. We had an early morning to sign for our new home so we grabbed breakfast to go. It was normal hotel food. I would definitely recommend it. It is free breakfast!!! When we came back after a long day of unloading our uhaul truck the 2 front desk ladies were awesome. Joking with me and definitely southern charm. I did ask why I couldn’t be guest of the day again LOL but I got cookies this time! Would recommend staying here. They do need some minor repairs like fresh paint, doors etc as it’s a little outdated but this isn’t a 5 star hotel! Oh and they are pet friendly which we NEEDED!

Let's start with the good stuff. The room is clean and appears to be well-maintained. Lots of little stuff made this disappointing. Fridge and microwave plugged into a non-working power *****, so they didn't work. Unwelcoming entry, with glass shields between the customer and desk person. Breakfast hugely disappointing. A couple of dispensers with cereal in them, between which had about a bowl and a half. About 5 bananas and six muffins. Part of a gallon of milk, about the same of orange juice. Pool was tarped off. They need to put more effort into the details. Not a bad stay, just disappointing.
