Ground floor 3 rooms Spacious bedrooms Mattresses are in need of replacement. too soft and sag too much. Kitchen Knives are blunt . No skimmer present. House room was spacious and plenty of seating. And storage space.

Well-equipped apartment for 4 people, on the first floor with a balcony and a nice view. The advantage (in the current pandemic situation) is a restaurant-pizzeria on the ground floor of the building (obviously not for apartments 1 and 2 due to the smells

Traditionally, everything is excellent, I would only improve the equipment of the kitchen, especially the dining set (mugs and glasses).
