Pros:
- It's and adult only hotel, thus it better suits for solo travelers and couples
- Friendly ladies at the reception
- Some barmen are friendly and polite
- Clean rooms in general
- Balconies in the room
- A pool with many spare sunbeds
- A decent Wi-Fi connection
- Close to the embankment
- Free entrance to the nearby O Beach Club before 3 pm
Cons:
- Super tiny gym located in common area
- Some barmen are chummy (fraternizing) with customers. They require training in manners indeed
- The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre
- I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before
- The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement
- Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza..

We don’t often leave reviews but feel compelled to having just returned home from a wonderful 8 night stay at THB Ocean Beach. It has been our hotel of choice for many years when in Ibiza due to the central location however this trip we were particularly impressed by the level of service from all of the staff, especially Pepa, who went out of their way to welcome us and to accommodate any special requests. Keep up the good work team and we look forward to staying with you again next year!

Not great for solo travellers….. no one is around…. The pool beds are empty so I didn’t use the pool or loungers like I normally like doing. Went out to different hotels pools everyday. A good quiet base in a great location….. with no pool vibes if that is what you are looking for.

I had my first solo trip to Ibiza at the end of July. I booked this hotel as I THOUGHT it would be a great place to meet people, being it's connection to OBeach Club. However, the hotel was DEAD, no one round the pool, very little activity at all. I was disappointed with this, however the room was lovely, clean and maid service every day, the staff friendly and the air con was AMAZING!! If you're wanting a party hotel, this is not it! But if you want a relaxing hotel which is clean and quite central - this is the place for you!

The staff here are very helpful and friendly and catered for everything we asked for.
Very very clean and I’ve never seen a pool being looked after so well.
We were half board and every meal was made to order, not hanging around on a hot plate like an AI buffet style.
On the last day the hotel manager came to say goodbye and did all she could to make our last day really comfortable as our flight wasn’t until after midnight.
Will definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel is in a great location for Ocean Beach and has beautiful views of the port and sunset. The rooms are clean and a good size and the hotel itself is quiet, lots of sun beds. Ocean Beach is next door and we enjoyed the music and partying which stopped no later than 11.00. Unfortunately for us on the first day after not having anything to eat until we arrived ( over 20 hours) we ordered food. A few hours later my daughter felt sick so we stayed in, she was violently ill all night. I informed reception on the night and was advised I could take her to hospital. At this stage she was sick ever five minutes. I advised the manager in the morning who provided some extra water and again advised I could take her to hospital. My daughter has spent enough time in hospital and wanted to manage without. It took her most of the week to recover she felt sick for days and spent hours in the room. To add insult to this we were charged for the chicken that made her ill even when questing this. This was my daughter 18th birthday and I am so disappointed for her she was so excited to come to Ibiza.

Desde el momento en que llegué, Pepa en la recepción me atendió de manera excepcional. Fue amable, profesional y me ayudó con todo lo que necesitaba, haciendo que mi llegada fuera muy agradable. El hotel es muy cómodo y las habitaciones están limpias y bien equipadas. La cama era muy cómoda y las vistas desde mi habitación eran impresionantes. También disfruté mucho de la piscina y el gimnasio, ambos muy bien mantenidos. El restaurante del hotel ofrece comida deliciosa y el desayuno es muy completo. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, ya que está en una zona céntrica cerca de las principales atracciones. Lo mejor es que tienes entrada gratuita a la fiesta de OBeach que es una de las mejores de Ibiza.
