Wonderful stay next to Perugia, in a very quiet area. The property is extremely well maintained and re-designed, and the hosts can be really proud of their result. The hosts are very kind and helpful, offered help when we needed. The room was the most comfortable stay in our vacation. The property is pristine, very safe, with lots of options to relax in tranquility. The breakfast was plenty and fresh. The host's mother is an excellent cook, and the freshly made pies are mouthwatering. Nice restaurants in the proximity. Grocery store across the street.

Tolles sehr individuelles Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Anlage inkl Pool. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr komfortabel. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig gestaltet. Das gesamte Haus ist ganz toll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist ideal Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Es gibt vom Gastgeber sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants.

Fantastico!! Lo raccomando vivamente! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo meraviglioso alloggio, immerso nel verde nel profumo dei fiori, fresco e silenzioso ideale nelle calde serate di agosto! Stanze ampie e allegre, perfettamente arredate, moderne e confortevoli. Colazione strepitosa, dolci buonissimi serviti in giardino Ci torneremo sicuramente !

Struttura gestita da titolare, Ingegnere e cultore dell'arte contemporanea, pulizia oltre lo standard, le camere sono confortevoli e profumate, accogliente il giardino con piscina e vasca idromassaggio, parcheggio nella struttura.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 2 e 5 anni). Location bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e in posizione steategica sia per il Centro di Perugia che per Assisi. Camera grande, compreso il bagno; molto grande anche il letto. Spettacolare la vista dalla finestra su Assisi. Ottima la colazione e molto curato e accogliente il giardino con piscina grande e vasca idromassaggio. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari. Super consigliato

I loved this property and would highly recommend. The room was very comfortable and clean, the grounds beautiful and serene and staff were friendly and kind. The location was very convenient to many places - Perugia, Assisi and many other cute towns in Umbria. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Posto molto accogliente, calmo e tranquillo. Ambiente arredato con gusto con un accostamento tra moderno e antico che ti fa stare bene. Perfetta accoglienza da parte di Federico e infinita gentilezza da parte dei suoi adorabili genitori. Ottime le torte della signora Mariella. Lo consiglio.

Dimora storica situata nel verde, con ampio parcheggio interno. Camere arredate con gusto e molto spaziose. Colazione eccellente fatta con prodotti locali. Ottima pulizia. Super consigliato, specialmente se volete trascorrere alcuni giorni in tranquillità
