Sehr schöne Zimmer,toller Wellnessbereich alles sehr sauber. Buffet überschaubar vielleicht weil nicht viele Gäste im Haus waren. Chefin sehr unfreundlich, Garage muss dazu gebucht werden obwohl vor dem Hotel auch Parkplatz ist.Zentrum zu Fuß nicht gut erreichbar.

Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta in questo Hotel, in posizione incantevole e strategica in Val Gardena. Struttura molto bella, pulitissima, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, ottima cucina con una grande varietà di proposte. La SPA è molto curata, estesa (2000 mq), all'altezza delle aspettative.

L'attenzione agli ospiti è molto apprezzata e la cucina curata nei dettagli. Consigliabile anche per la tranquillità delle camere. Il personale è gentile e disponibile per le richieste particolari degli ospiti. Anche chi porta gli amici a quattro zampe troverà un ambiente accogliente.

Struttura meravigliosa, Spa bellissima e camere molto comode. Forse andrebbero un po’ ristrutturate alcune parti che sono un po’ anni 80… Camerieri gentilissimi e super carini, per quanto riguarda la reception invece, a parte la signora carinissima, il resto dello staff no comment. Mai un saluto. Mai un consiglio. Da un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetta che organizzi gite per tutto l’hotel e che vengano sponsorizzate. Insomma avremmo desiderato un trattamento migliore per quello che abbiamo pagato.

Ho trovato l’hotel on Line al prezzo di 1300 per 4 notti. Allora decido dopo 5 minuti di entrare alla reception e chiedere un offerta direttamente all’ hotel: offerta dell’hotel 1700 euro. Ho deciso di rivolgermi ad un ‘altra struttura. Bocciato

Abbiamo trascorso una 4 notti nella Dolomites Family Suite (45 m²), una stanza spaziosa e sempre ben pulita, con giardino che offre una vista meravigliosa sul Sasso Lungo. La colazione, sia dolce che salata, è stata abbondante e di ottima qualità. La merenda del pomeriggio era sempre ben fornita, e la cena, ricca di antipasti e piatti deliziosi, è stata un vero piacere. L'hotel è immerso nel verde, a breve distanza da Santa Cristina e Ortisei. Rientrare da una passeggiata e rilassarsi nella piscina esterna con una vista mozzafiato è stata un’esperienza impagabile. Le saune sono molto belle, e la zona Spa è ben strutturata, con una piscina riscaldata perfetta per i bambini. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo!

Da anni frequentiamo questo hotel,ritorniamo sempre con piacere perché ci fanno sentire come a casa! Molto bella la spa e la zona piscine! Inoltre anche la cucina offre dei piatti veramente ottimi,non dimenticando le tradizioni locali... il buffet dei dolci deliziosi!Anche il nostro cagnolino è da sempre il benvenuto! Complimenti!

Abbiamo soggiornato per la prima volta in questo hotel per un weekend; ci siamo trovati molto bene un pò sotto tutti gli aspetti e in particolare siamo stati molto colpiti dalla pulizia della struttura e dalla professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Al nostro arrivo pioveva, così durante la mattinata abbiamo potuto apprezzare la SPA, davvero molto attrezzata. Dal punto di vista culinario siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti delle colazioni. Per quanto riguarda le cene probabilmente bisognerebbe rimanere di più per farsi un giudizio più completo, ma l'impressione è stata comunque buona. L'Hotel, situato in una bella e tranquilla posizione che non risente più di tanto della rumorosità del traffico, è dotato tra l'altro di un grande parcheggio coperto ed interrato. I prezzi di permanenza non sono irrisori, ma comunque in linea con altre strutture analoghe della zona. Dal punto di vista logistico aggiungo che a pochi metri di distanza dall'Hotel c'è sia la fermata della corriera che l'inizio di un bel sentiero assolutamente agevole e in parte ombreggiato che porta direttamente ad Ortisei.

Struttura elegante e comoda. Camera ottima. Il servizio inappuntabile. Molto confortevole. Ottimo albergo. Ci torneremo senz'altro. Non abbiamo utilizzato tutti i divertimenti a disposizione ma ci rifaremo la prossima volta. Ottima la cucina.
