Se l'interno della struttura fosse come si presenta l'esterno, sarebbe un piccolo gioiello. Purtroppo, lascia molto a desiderare l'interno della struttura, nell'aspetto, nella manutenzione, nella gestione. Pessimo cibo e bevande senza una alternativa a ciò che si vuole mangiare. Camere che non hanno quel minimo di pulizia che si richiede, polverose e sporche che emanano un pessimo odore di chiuso, di muffa. Queste mie considerazioni non sono solo individuali ma in egual misura se non peggiori delle restanti 60 persone che vi hanno soggiornato con me. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Sconsiglio vivamente, al di là dell'arredamento anni 70 ma poco pulito, ho trovato una camera con polvere sotto il letto, il bagno piena di muffa, il rotolo di carta igienica sporco di no so cosa. Lavelli non puliti e il box doccia inguardabile. La fodera del cuscino di mia figlia sporca. Le tende della camera rotte. La colazione unica nota positiva anche se c'era poco assortimento. La reception aveva un odore di stantio.

Entro nella camera e non funziona la tv, la Doccia non ha l Acqua calda allora si chiama il Direttore che entra in stanza sta 10 minuti calpesta il tappeto scendi doccia sporcandolo con le sue scarpe viene l Acqua calda ( che in realtà era ancora fredda) e va via senza cambiare il tappetino. Il Giorno dopo rientriamo dopo aver visitato Assisi e manca la carta igienica. Il piedistallo della porta della camera era rotto e la Porta si apriva in continuazione richiama il direttore e lo sistema. Colazione con affettato di un colore allucinante che era Praticamente ingrigito dal fatto che era chissà da quanti giorni su quel piatto per non parlare dell Odore che c’è nella Stanza delle Colazioni da muffa. Se potete evitartelo perché è proprio una questione di educazione può succedere che qualcosa non funzioni ma la coerenza di cambiare lo scendi doccia è questione di educazione.

Apri la porta di ingresso e accedi nella hall che ti accoglie con un forte odore di cucinato, poi entriamo in camera la n. 20 dove ci accoglie il tanfo della moquette (ebbene si esistono ancora hotel con la moquette), la ciliegina sulla torta e il bagno con il tanfo di fogna. L’arredo della stanza e del bagno è anni 70 e la doccia è senza box. Almeno il personale è gentile e cortese. La colazione…è meglio non commentarla.

Hotel muito velho, apartamento com cheiro muito forte e o banheiro reformado parcialmente, ducha do chuveiro quebrada. Café da manhã limitado, poucas opções e não podia repetir nada… Atendimento limitado, sem paciência com o turista….

Sono stato qualche giorno fa e non mi è piaciuta la camera, mochette anni 70 sporca macchiata, vasca della doccia non pulita bene, c'erano ancora residui di capelli e altro, l'unica cosa positiva e la Porziuncola che a due passi dal hotel, o chiesto in reception se la mia camera il giorno dopo non la pulissero e li che si presentano ad una certa ora che vogliono pulire la stanza, la.scisa e stata che se ne era dimenticato va be' dice uno e invece non me cosi,il ristorante che non ne il loro ma in gestione da altri, porte delle stanze come se fossero caserme.insomma non conviene

Hotels for which only the location can be saved. Room in need of renovation with old and dirty carpet. Bedspread with noticeable stains and they changed it to the other side. Dirty walls, old electrical sockets. Dirty bathroom with brown toilet seat. Staff entering the room without knocking to clean. Half board included the usual dishes every day and did not include fruit or dessert. Food prepared with great precision. Restaurant staff making comments about other guests. It's a shame to have a hotel in that location available and not know how to exploit it.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. A disaster. The room's carpet is stained everywhere and dirty with dust (I have never dared to set foot bare on the floor), cracked and peeling walls, old and broken furniture, there are no sockets on the bed (you have to charge the phone in the bathroom), the fridge is leaning against the door suitcases, room door with drafts and which did not close well, inappropriate pillows, small bathroom with smelly drain and without any type of comfort (you have to place your things on a stool), the shower so small that you can't get in, embarrassing breakfast and rude and unprepared staff. I could go on and on. For a total of €218. I wouldn't go back even for free. NOT RECOMMENDED. It's a shame because the location and the structure from the outside are worth it.
