Très bel hôtel, proche de l'entrée du parc mais retiré du bruit de la route. Les logements sont spacieux et calmes, dans un décor de jardin tropical très bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et très agréable Le personnel est très serviable et est au top. Le restaurant est super avec une grande variété de plats. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon et très copieux. Que des éloges à faire Un grand merci je ne peux que recommander cet établissement

Terrible habitacion en hotel senda koguiwa. Olor a humedad, manchas junto a la cama y cables empalmados con cinta en la ducha de la habitacion! Junto a la habitación hay un almacén en el que se entra constantemente. El gerente del hotel ni apareció por el hotel. Una autentica estafa y un peligro para la seguridad si no se solucionan el tema de los cables en la ducha. Los trabajadores bien y la comida también. Nunca más.

Beautiful place, good food and really friendly staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful trying to solve all our questions. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, we recommend eating there at least once! Overall it was a great experience!!

What a beautiful resort, steps away from Tayrona park! The pool area is glorious, very clean, with lots of comfortable loungers. The plants and gardens are stunning, making you feel like you're already in the national park! But the most amazing part was the service and hospitality from the staff. Angie, who manages reception, is a SUPER STAR! She made every part of our stay so special- from booking us massages, to setting up an adorable birthday table for me to sit at on the morning of my birthday! She was so kind, considerate, and went the extra mile for whatever we needed. Each morning I could see her going around and checking in with each and every guest to make sure everything was perfect for them. Angie is amazing and the hotel is lucky to have her!

Beautifully designed within the mountains and nature. So peaceful and tranquil. Gorgeous resort with a great pool, spacious rooms, amazing food and great staff.

The hotel is positioned at walking distance outside the Park of Tayrona ( Zaino entrance). It is a perfect option if you plan a day in the park and then you want to relax in the pool and eat a quality meal in the restaurants.

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, they went always the extra mile to makes us feel like at home and helped us when we needed assistance, every time with the best attitude. The vegetarian optons in the menu are very delicious and the location views are incredible. We will definitely recommend it if you want to relax and have a wonderful holiday.
