Hotel is nice overall. Room is spacious. Got a nice pool. 5 min to nice beach. Not crowded nearby. Many restaurants around. But it costs €3.5 for a sunbathing chair even you are staying in the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

Very warm welcome at the hotel, staff always smiling and attentive. Clean room, large in size, only missing a coffee maker and sockets and switches for bedside lamps at the head of the bed to be perfect. Average soundproofing. The breakfasts are generous. In April, the pool was a little cool... So we had a very good stay on this island.

When we booked this we were so glad we paid the extra for a sea view. You do NOT want accommodation without it! Apartment and the whole building incredibly spotless. Staff always around cleaning and clearing up. Lovely reception staff. Very helpful and friendly. Not a lot of storage space for our clothes, but we managed. We had a room on the 7th floor and the view was outstanding. Would definately recommend.

Arrived around 9pm to hotel nice swift check in. Room was clean, ar con, nice shower. 2 single beds for a couple not suitable, I did email ahead and ask for double bed no response from hotel. The beds were hard, uncomfortable. The 2nd night we got no sleep with loads teenager running up and down corridor music, shouting. The next day went to.pool, where we asked to be careful as there was glass broken in the pool, the life guard proceeded to pick huge chunks of glass out of pool while people were swimming and they wanted to charge 3.50 per bed.the last night again no sleep with noise. Please upgrade beds, and WiFi kept dropping. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on food.

Staff all very friendly. Very clean. Great bay view. Cashless. You can pay for things with debit and credit cards, but also a wristband they supply. You get a refund when checking out. The loungers cost €3.50 per day. These are not owned by the hotel. Adequate swimming pool. Close to all amenities. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets at very competitive prices. We arrived home yesterday after a week and booked same hotel for the same date next year, but for 10 days next time.

Stayed here a week end of June family of 4, part of a larger family group of 11, our first time in SP, we were in a sea view appt on floor 7, others on 8. Our room was nice and large but the others with us on the floor above was both a much smaller room than ours.  Although we were not planning on cooking, there were no cooking utensils really other than a sole bread knife. The fittings and shelves from inside the fridge door are all missing so we couldn't use any of the door storage. The lounge air con dripped water on you occasionally if you sat beneath it,  but that one and the bedroom AC both worked fine,  although when running, the fan unit on the balcony is mega loud and pumps out a ton of heat. The tv had some basic uk channels bbc, itv, cbeebies, etc,  handy for catching up on news or entertaining the kids. The views from the rooms are amazing.  We are glad we paid the extra to have a sea view and lucked out with a high floor. Just made the down time more pleasant. We had breakfast here a few times,  a small breakfast can cost you 6-8 out in the resort or 8-10 for a double one,  and for 12 here you can get unlimited buffet with drinks, or 7.50 for a small plated one, so not bad value.  Main benefit for us as early risers was they start at 8.30 where most places on the resort seem to open at 9.30 or 10.. We also had bar snacks at the pool several days and there were nice too. Drinks are also reasonably priced. The evening entertainment is lacking though. With everything being so close most people go out on resort, so we tried it before going out a few nights, and found we were often either the only ones there, or was just a handful of others. Kids disco was cancelled several nights due to no kids.  The cabaret acts they have on later on are also pretty dire. There was a "quiz" night one night,  but questions were odd things like who can drink a pint fastest of the 2 hosts,  who can do more situps in 20 seconds etc, etc and not really a quiz. utter madness. Bingo one night not til 11, and there was about 6 people there.. The atmos was very flat most nights.. We knew about the charging for sun beds, and thought this would maybe make them easier to get, just rock up,  pay, and get some.  No. The same pathetic towel process goes on here as anywhere, but it's totally unchecked as people leave towels even overnight or are down at dawn, and then just pay later. Locals and people from nearby apartments also come here. Most days by 9.30-10 they are all claimed. There were always loads free from about 4ish onwards though. Due to the design and angle of the building,  none of the balconies get any sun at all, they are all in the shade all day long.  There were no rowdy groups, or any issues with any noise during our stay. It was all families or well behaved groups. The atmosphere was really pleasant all week. The staff are great and helpful, and have good English,  reception will phone you taxis etc.  The only issue

We stayed in June for 2 weeks and were allocated apartment 801 the apartment was small not anything like the pictures on Jet2 . We had the following issues Broken coffee table dangerous as could easily have cut leg .Tattered ripped net curtains stained smelly sofa cigarette burn on dinning chair ,broken fridge top self on door missing, No front on ice box therefore nothing remained frozen . Bathroom skirting board on door missing .Old marked furniture .Air-conditioning in Lounge not working properly bottom part of unit totally missing.no fan in bottom .Electric kept cutting out in the apartment 3 times in one evening while heating some food advised not to use any other appliances when turning on cooker by the maintenance who arrived .Arrived back from beach to find door open permanently on green light and would not lock.unable to walk round bed properly as room is so small . There is also a lack of wardrobe space luckily we were 2 people. We asked to be moved but had to spend 3 nights in this disgrace on an apartment . Staff at hotel nice and tried to sort each problem in my opinion decorating and new furniture is urgently required . As expressed in other reviews noisy many loud drunks screaming shouting blaring music and swearing round the pool not a relaxing atmosphere. Also no beds as towels appear from 7 in the morning and beds left all day not occupied no monitoring of above. Lovely location however having stayed at these apartments twice in the past I won’t stay again and can’t recommend which is a real disappointment as they were once very pleasant.

The room was very small and very basic. However, it was clean and tidy and cleaners came in every day. Our towels were stolen from the sunbeds (as were lots of others apparently) and they charge 3.50 euros per sunbed for 1 day! Absolutely shocking! Had to be down by 7:30am for a sunbed. The pool is lovely. Only ate there once and food wasn’t hot. Lots of rowdy customers and not a suitable for a couple who enjoy peace and quiet. Wouldn’t recommend and would never use a large hotel ever again.

Firstly you need a sea view it makes the holiday more enjoyable. Didn't get a safe, just locked items in case. The staff are lovely and customer service very good so I can't see staff stealing valuables. You pay tourist tax in most countries now so people need to stop moaning about it. Yes you have to pay for sunbeds but it does say that on the website so another item people should stop moaning about. We stayed on first floor room, basic but clean, shower great but don't put on full or you will flood bathing! Just a bit of common sense needed. Hotel is a bit echoey but didn't bother us (some people complain of noise from people arriving late home at night, god forbid anyone enjoying themselves!) Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. This is a three star hotel which is in an ideal position with great sea views it's basic but clean and for the money it's worth it.

Great hotel, have been coming for years... but today when we checked in... we were very disappointed. The lifeguard is an absolute disgrace. He is so unprofessional. Swearing at the clients in Spanish. He is extremely rude. This is below the standard we are used to at the Verdemar
