Fantastic all round Location 10/10 Rooms10/10 Food amazing 10/10 Entertainment 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10 Always sunbeds available around the pool 2 minute walk to the beach 2 loungers and umbrella at the beach €19.50 Taxi to Palmanova/Magaluf €9 Saturday local market 5 mins walk Lovely shops, supermarkets, pubs, Beautiful sunsets

Hotel is fantastic. Variety of food in Buffet was outstanding, something for everyone, with at least 4 different meats and fish each setting. Loved the adult only rooftop pool

Ants, Flies and cockroaches do not make for a good experience many services have changed for the worse. Coffee & tea no longer available in room

Great location, plenty of seating inside and out the staff all 1st class very helpful with any questions and the food was very good with a fantastic choice and variety. I stayed mid august hotel looked full and not much of a queue at bar as there was atleast 5-6 staff working

Hotel is a 4 star it is a pity the food dose not come close to 4 star I thing a 2 star at best other than that it is a nice hotel one good thing the staff ar every good rof top pool good pool area is clean but it is pity they allowed football in water what more can say

Lovely clean hotel, fantastic entertainment team. Staff at the hotel in all areas absolutely Incredible service with a smile. Food absolutely delicious. Our favourite was the bistro at lunchtime. Drinks plenty on offer, cocktails were amazing. All in all a lovely family holiday.

Hemos estado 5 días toda la familia (4) pasando cinco días. Nunca había estado en un hotel para extranjeros con un “todo incluido”. Era muy escéptico cuando mi mujer lo reservó, tanto del hotel como del concepto. No puedo sino que darle la máxima puntuación. He estado en muchos hoteles de cinco estrellas pero nunca había estado en un hotel en el que TODO el personal fuera tan excepcional. Me encantaría que esta opinión fuese compartida con todos ellos, sin excepción. Esto si que hace la diferencia. ESPECTACULAR. Muchas felicidades porque esto no se consigue de casualidad. Adicionalmente decir que el buffé me ha parecido buenísimo. Desde el desayuno pasando por la comida hasta la cena. MUCHAS FELICIDADES a todos. Y no soy de pico fácil. Por supuesto que hay cosas que se podrían mejorar pero en todo lo importante, del 10. Intentaré compartir esta opinión -que es de toda la familia- en otras redes. Solo por una cosa: os lo merecéis. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

We stayed here for 1 week in August and I really wished we had stayed longer. The food is outstanding and of great quality. There definitely was something to eat for everyone and nobody would go hungry. The sports and fitness team were brilliant. They had great humour and would chat to everyone and make each and every person feel special. The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. Every member of staff were happy in their job and pleased that they were part of our holiday experience. I have absolutely no complaints and would come back here again.

It was a Nice hotel with great treatment. The breakfeast buffet was really big and tasty. The pools were good and we had no trouble finding a spot to lay down. The only issue is that you can hear your neighboors easly and when guests are leaving during night you can hear The suitcases down The hall. Other than that it was completely an amazing experiens and 100 procent worth it. We had a great time:)
