Although it was the end of the season and the hotel was beginning to wind down. I could not criticise anything about our week's stay. From the reception staff, the bar staff, the kitchen staff and especially the housekeeping. All the hotel was spotless, they never stopped cleaning. Yes the hotel was quieter but all the staff were so helpful.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel en octobre avec mon compagnon et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre expérience. L'établissement est très propre, et le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. La variété des repas proposés est grande, et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. C’est un endroit idéal pour les couples, avec un cadre agréable et de nombreux services qui rendent le séjour très confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Only one bar in the hotel and there were endless queues to get served. No waiter service whatsoever. The rooms were a disappointment because there was only one wardrobe which wasn't that large for 2 peoples clothes. I didn't like the fact that there were no drawers on the beside tables or on the dressing table. In saying that there was plenty of choice in the restaurant and the food was nice. Entertainment was dismal started at 9.30pm and finished at 10.30pm.

Fist the hotel is not on the water. They have a big pool in the front the is freezing cold. There is also not a lot to do at the hotel. To add their buffet is very mediocre and it normally doesn’t change lunch from dinner. Lastly there was wholes on my towels and stains

The hotel is located in a very good location. Close to everything yet far enough away from the noise of the town. The staff were fantastic from checking in to the cleaners who spoke to us every morning with a smile on their faces. It was the end of the season and yes the hotel was winding down but this I felt was a good thing. No waiting at the bars. The al a cart restaurant was closed outside but they moved it inside and just made the choices smaller. This was not a problem for us at all. I would like to give a special thanks to simmi who worked her socks off and always had a smile on her face and asked how we were every time she saw us.

Me and my husband went here for a 10 night holiday on the 21st October the hotel was lovely staff and and cleaners were friendly and helpful and room was cleaned every day and fresh towels given every day the food was average the beach and shops were only a short walk away we couldn't go in the outdoor pool much as it was to cold but the indoor pool and jacuzzi was good

Aircon turned off with temps in 26DegC, restaurant too hot with no aircon, cockroaches running all over restaurant floors, air con turned off in restaurant making eating uncomfortable, floors deserted with rubbish strewn all around , tv lost English channels that could not be sorted, not enough maintenance staff on site to handle issues with air con, door locks tv, etc, care less attitude from staff, restaurant staff telling guests to heat their baked beans and mushrooms in provided microwave,, just an awful experience by management trying to save a few quid as they were shutting down the following week, the price paid does not feflect the service provided

I was bitten 20 times by mosquitos in and outside of my room, reception were told and housekeeping just gave us spray to kill them. Not ideal considering we had to then stay in the room after with the smell of the spray. My cousin had a similar experience in his room as well. On the first night I got food poisoning and was on the toilet all night. The walls are very thin and we had rooms next to the staff lift and storage room therefore every morning we were woken by staff. The y also thought it was a good idea one morning to get rid of a load of bed frames via the fire exit stairs using ropes, was very noisy. The only positive is the hotel is in a great location being just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and several restaurants.

We stayed here for a week, with 24 friends and family, all there to celebrate my partners special birthday. We had a fantastic holiday. Hotel was spotless clean, great location and staff helpful & friendly. Food was great too. We were all inclusive which suited our large party, plenty food choices, bottled beer options could be better but plenty other drink choices. All round everyone loved the hotel and we will be returning in Summer 2025
