C’est toujours difficile d’évaluer ce genre de complexe hôtelier, tout dépend ce qu’on vient y chercher. C'est globalement trop grand nous : trop de chambres, trop de monde au restaurant restaurant... mais c'est visiblement la même chose dans les autres hôtels de la ville. La chambre avec balcon est confortable, la salle d’eau possède une très grande douche. Le Wifi est à disposition gratuitement. Insonorisation imparfaite avec le couloir et les chambres d’à côté. Restaurant correct avec un large buffet de cuisine internationale, mais cela manque de plats typiquement espagnols. Grand bar rétro, mais consommations assez chères. Belle piscine intérieure mais pas testée. Proximité de la plage, mais il faut quand même marcher un peu (et passer sous la ligne de chemin de fer). Sinon, pas grand-chose d’intéressant à Santa Susanna (le marché à proximité est un vrai attrape touristes).

Séjour agréable. Accueil convenable . Heureusement que nous parlons anglais. Petit bémol : l'absence de ventilation dans notre salle de bains demeure rédhibitoire. Sinon extrême gentillesse du personnel que ce soit les femmes de chambre ou bien au restaurant.

Grosse déception
Le personnel ne parle pas trop bien le français, pas trop disponible à l’accueil, évité là sangria imbuvable il y mette de la grenadine et brûlure d’estomac grosse arnaque à 15€ le pichet, cocktail de mauvaise qualité, salle des repas très bruyant dommage, nous renouvellerons pas l’experience dans cet hôtel.

En general bien, buen desayuno y las areas de piscina muy bien. El staff del hotel muy amable.
La cama y las almohadas mal, sobre todo las almohadas tenian 5 cms de grosor lo que hacia que durmiesemos bastante incomodos (no hemos pedido cambiarlas asi que no hemos podido evaluar al hotel en este sentido). Lo hemos comentado en recepcion cuando hemos hecho el check out y nos han dicho que las hubiesen cambiado si deciamos algo.

El hotel tiene diversidad de oferta y está muy bien, pero las habitaciones son algo antiguas y tenía problema para que el agua se fuese de la pica. También mucho ruido con gente que en los pasillos no respetaba la convivencia, a pesar de pedirlo amablemente.
