Apartment hotel is quite aged , simple design and basic facilities that can accommodate the needs of a family, has little kitchen with fridge and to! Room just bed and small wardrobe, not luggage racks or other furniture. Bathroom was big enough and very simple ! But I think so appropriate for the receptionist guy who is professional and so polite to us for helping everything that we asked for , even thought checking out the timetable schedule for us when the airport bus to Barcelona airport to make sure we didn’t miss the bus! Thank you so much George ! Caring and patient person to be there to help the customers with their need ! Well done 👍

A great place in a holiday type area. We were passing by and we’re able to do a late booking. Friendly staff and good room. Just beware of music in the entire area until 11pm/midnight. Great area for restaurants. Supermarkets and entertainment. Everything available just down the road

Initially on arrival we just wanted to get back on the coach on go home! We arrived at 11am and were told we couldn’t check in until after 2. At no point was this advised! Hotel was clean and room was excellent but only as a base. We went all inclusive as a family of 5 and yes the food was ok and always warm but that was about it! Hotel was very geared towards every nationality by English and other than 1 lady on reception and 1 guy on the bar during the day, found others very ignorant and dismissive! Room had kitchenette which was great but there wasn’t any cutlery or dining ware supplied. I understand we were all inclusive but when you have children it is still required especially when there wasn’t always an option they would eat! There wasn’t even a kettle provided and we like to have a brew when we get up rather than having to rush down for breakfast! We visited the pool however didn’t actually go in it or spend any time there. It seemed very small for the size of the hotel. We booked a package with Jet2Holidays and didn’t see a rep once nor were our return transfer details displayed unlike every other provider! Cleaner was fantastic and clean/made the beds every day which was a god send. There was no entertainment in an evening or any mini disco for the kids which completely dumbfounded us! We have been to many Spanish resorts and this has always been available even out of season! The hotel really needs to do better

Brilliant staff very friendly beautiful drinks. Always have a smile on there face if they haven't got a drink then they give you something else very good attitude. Would definitely recommend the bar they know how to make you smile every day very polite.

From arriving at this hotel to today waiting to leave we have had a fabulous time. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and make you feel welcome. Special thanks go to Oscar and Marco on the bar, Anna on reception and Paco in the restaurant. The immaculate rooms were cleaned daily and beds made. The towels were as fresh as you wanted them to be with the option of change daily should you wish. We stayed all inclusive and there was something to eat for every taste in the buffet style dining room. The rooftop pool was cold but refreshing with plenty of sunbeds and umberellas available. The is also a pool bar with ample seating but this was not available during our stay. All in all we have had a fabulous time at this hotel and would definitely recommend.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The bed was 2 singles pushed together we had to move rooms the first night as there was kids running up and down the hallway screaming and shouting and throwing stuff at the walls in the room next door. We went to talk to the person on reception and explained what was happening (it was 9.30 in the evening) he was very rude and said we can’t expect a kid to be silent (we didn’t expect children to be silent but we also didn’t expect them running up and down the corridor screaming shouting and the parents just letting them) they moved us to another room which was filthy mouldy 2 beds pushed together fridge was filthy floor was filthy and covered in hair the taps in the bathroom full of limescale, cracks in the ceiling and on the floor wallpaper damaged woodwork damaged. Staff were arrogant when we previously tied to complain and that made us not want to complain to reception I tried to complain through my app for love holidays but no one was ever available to speak. There was no kettle in the room. We put a complaint to the hotel when we got home for the hotel to respond that they disagree with our complaint and that they told us when we arrived that there was a kettle etc available for us to use that’s incorrect we asked and got told if we want a coffee etc we had to use the coffe machine which was 1.80 euro for not even a 200ml drink and for 2 days it didn’t work. We also used the bar bought drinks a female waitress brought our drinks we paid and she walked off with our change and didn’t bring it back. We felt intimidated by this as we only spoke English. I am taking my complaint further as when you see pictures of our room you will see why we were disappointed and for the hotel to say that the room was perfectly fine when it’s actually disgusting.

We were a little confused on arrival as we’d been informed that the hotel was located on the beach, but hey ho it wasn’t far too walk. We had 2 suites with 3 adults in each. The guy on reception was lovely , one of the best I’ve encountered,and I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide. I wish I’d taken his name to give him a special mention but we never saw him again. The rooms are spacious but tired. I struggled stepping over the side of the bath into the shower as there is nothing to hold onto. The sink backed up in the kitchen after rinsing a cup but was quickly sorted by the maid. There are no cups or utensils in the room so even after hiring a kettle we had to go out and purchase cups to allow us to sit and have a coffee at night or morning when the restaurant/bar was closed. There are no views , all rooms look out onto other hotels so expect music / noise until the early hours. The hotel claims to be 4 star but it’s more like a 2. We stayed all inclusive, the food was dire. Cold and insipid, the best thing we ate during our entire stay was the onion soup if you put plenty of seasoning in. Breakfast looked like it had been cooked the night before then stuck under the hot plates to warm up. Thankfully you could make your own toast. The young girl who did the entertainment at night was wasted in the hotel. She had an amazing singing voice and was so full of fun. The young waiter/ glass collector was also lovely , we had such a laugh with these 2. The bar staff looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. Very limited choice at the bar, which they blamed on winding down for end of season which didn’t help the 6 of us. The barman in the restaurant should have been upstairs in the bar because he was fab. The pool is tiny with very few sun beds, there is a sun terrace but as you have to go all the way from floor 7 to 0 to get a drink ( pool bar only open mid season ) we decided to go to the beach everyday. You have to book your sun loungers at the hotel before heading off. It’s only a short walk but as a train line runs through the resort you need to be able to negotiate steps in the underpass. Not very good for anyone with limited mobility. There is a free bus ( but only mid season ). We had booked breakfast on the morning of our departure due to having a diabetic in our party. Our taxi driver called to say he would be collecting us earlier than planned, I nipped to reception to ask if it would be possible just to have one croissant in order that they could take their insulin. You’d think I’d asked for the world. The receptionist Maria tried to inform me that there would be no one in the kitchens even though the restaurant opened in 30 minutes. She was rude and abrupt stating we should have booked a takeaway breakfast. As we didn’t know the taxi driver would be altering the time why would we ? I even offered to nip downstairs and grab her one myself but she wasn’t having any of it. Eventually a breakfast bag was delivered to reception before

This was our third time staying at this hotel and once again, couldn't fault it at all! The rooms are spacious and clean, there are lots of varied food options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner (we were all inclusive) - always at least one fish, meat, and vegetarian option but more often two or three, and delicious. There is a tiered all inclusive system now which they didn't have previously, we were on the 'premium' which gave us a discount on cocktails rather than fully free but it was still more than reasonable and they were all lovely. There's also the free cocktail of the day for all inclusive members as well, not sure how this works for people who are on the other board options. The entertainment was great especially for kids, and the staff were all ace! One young lady in particular was brilliant, didn't catch her name though, but she hosted the bingo and the dance parties with the kids. Two of the bar staff in particular definitely deserve a shout-out--Miguel and Isaac were amazing and we had a really good laugh with them as our days went on. As always, the rooftop pool was clean, well-maintained, and more than enough loungers for everybody to enjoy. The hotel is close to the beach as well as lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. Overall we just had a wonderful time as always! We'll definitely be back, as will our friends who came with us for the first time.

The food was horrendous I came down with food poisoning so did a few other guests I could have cried as it was our honeymoon, I tried to get a plane home early but there was none, the chicken was pink all the food was cold, I will never ever go back as long as I live, it ruined our honeymoon, please please do not go to this hotel . 😪

Currently here last two nights to go and having to go out for food! Very poorly when eaten here. Pink chicken! Cold food even though it’s just come out the kitchen! Pool bar should open at 11am! But doesn’t. Had to go and ask reception today at 11.40 when it was opening they didn’t know it wasn’t open! Rooms clean and bar staff lovely

Absolutely amazing hotel. Lovely staff. We were moved here after arriving at h top summer sun and having the worst experience, we complained and got moved here. So glad they did because we had the best week! Erriola was the best of the kids entertainment staff they all loved her! Lovely pools, great location, rooms were cleaned to a good standard each day. Food had a lot of variety :)

I was so nervous after reading the reviews for this hotel but now I'm convinced they were about another hotel. We had a great stay. We stayed half board. Family of 4. Breakfast and dinner were a buffet with plenty of choice for all 4 of us. Food was replenished quickly, always warm enough. Plenty of choices. Staff were always friendly, never stopped working! Different theme of food most nights which was nice. The pool are was bigger than I was expecting, with the bar being on the same level. Sometimes in the morning the pool area was busy but by 1pm most go off for lunch and it empties out for the afternoon. Great views from the rooftop too. The beach is a 10 minute walk. It's lovely, if a bit gravelly. Also, if you stay in the "sands" section on the beach, which is Infront of another HTop hotel, you can hire the beds and umbrella on the beach for a reduced price. Enquire at either HTop hotel and they'll help you. The view of the mountains from the hotel is fab, unfortunately we couldn't see it from our room, and yes,It was noisy at night due to local entertainment,however this stopped at midnight. It wouldn't put us off staying here again. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

Horrible and disgusting, dingy hotel. Food is the worst. Big dining area, no A/C, literally sweating while eating over cooked (re-heated at dinner time) very poor quality, cheap industrial prepackaged food. As if magic seems you are not in Spain but at 1970 army barrack slosh canteen. Rooms are very basic, stink of old, furniture been around for half a century or so seems! I had a leak in the bathroom and it took them 2 days to "fix" it....their solution a couple of towels on the floor! Drip was coming out of a light fixture potentially very dangerous too. Pools are small and often very overcrowded. Location is good, beach is right outside hotel. Good thing there's also a bar where you can have a few drinks before going back into this horrible hotel. Oh, I forgot they pride themselves to be a 4 star wonder. Outrageous!
