Impressionant! The best hotel in the area without any doubt. Infinity of food possibilities. Various food styles both inside the hotel and just in front and of very quality. The hotel has five swimming pools, with server drinking facilities, baleine bed, animation, etc. In the night, be able to drink a cocktail with live music is a joke (and if you don't want, from the room you don't hear anything). We will certainly return.

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We’ve now spent 12 days at this wonderful hotel for the second time, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service is absolutely perfect. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and the friendly housekeeping staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere in the hotel is excellent – an ideal place to fully relax. The reception staff always give you a warm welcome and have answers to all your questions. They assist you quickly and efficiently, which really contributes to a stress-free stay. The entertainment team is great, offering fun activities both during the day and in the evening. The bar staff are incredibly friendly, and the drink prices are very reasonable. I especially recommend the cocktails, smoothies, and milkshakes! The restaurant, The Burger Club, is also fantastic. The dishes, particularly the pizzas, are delightful. A special shout-out to floor managers Sylvia and Miquel, along with Miquel's wife who works in the kitchen. They are all so kind and work tirelessly every day. They solve any issue immediately and always have time for a joke or a chat. They even remember who you are, adding a personal touch to your stay. The kitchen staff also deserve praise. They always greet you with a smile and prepare the most delicious dishes. In short, if you’re looking for a hotel where everything is perfectly taken care of, where the staff truly make you feel welcome, and where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks, this is the place for you. Easy check in, best of the hotels anyone else was dropped off at. Decent rooms size wise even had view of ocean. Decent sized pools, nice mini market for cheap snacks if desired, although the pergola eatery onsite also is cheap enough to get in the shade with good food. Decent breakfast, you have to queue but I am British and enjoy that. The anticipation you know. Jumpers for hockey sticks and all that. Only downsides, mouldy bread twice and frankfurter sausages or sometimes white like boiled sausages. What nation eats those?? Good value and nice staff and atmosphere. Staff out on pool events which are funny to watch and guests love it. Likewise evening concerts. Good effort. Boney m got me dancing on my balcony. Another gripe would be lack of sunshades, as always some early birds towel them by dawn. Maybe have a few moveable ones people can use? Overall excellent experience and fantastic value. May be back. Would be lovely with a lady friend. Open to offers.

The best thing about going away from home is not having to worry about where you are staying and I was not dissapointed at all. The hotel is just as it is in the photos. Clean, plush and welcoming. We arrived late at night (20/10/23) after waiting 2 hours for our transfer then the travel from Barcelona to the hotel we were tired but welcomed by the wonderful night staff member I think his name was Thorko. He offered us something to eat and explained the hotel facilities. The pool is cold but once you get in its ok and it was fun seeing the look on peoples faces as they got in lol it was a conversation starter. The hotel is located on the beach and near the train station I actually think its the best part of the ***** 5 minutes from Aloha that does the best cocktails and night vibes. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast well I'm missing the breakfast 😀 cava with your freshly made omlette or pancakes, the fruit shots were delicious and how do they make mushrooms taste so good. Best bit was there were no kids!! I would definitely stay here again.

Aw I cannot understand the bad reviews for this place. We really liked our room, the staff were lovely, pool great and the breakfast was enjoyable plus coffees amazing! So nice to have goof coffee on holiday. Also being offered and given a picnic breakfast to leave early with was so nice. 5 stars from us :)

Honest review travelling as a family of 7 adults 1 teen and an 18 month old . Great hotel location quite end of the ***** but lovely evening walks along very accessible. Hotel rooms were clean and very spacious we had rooms 115 116 and 117 the extra balcony space was fantastic with a toddler all inclusive was fine does get repetitive as most all inclusives but always found something to eat only found 2 rude members of bar staff everyone eles was super friendly and pleasant. Just a few negative points firstly the tile work round the pool area is broken and loose could do with renewal and mabe made non slip secondly there is no safe areas for a toddler to play maybe a small fenced off area with some soft play toys would be useful and lastly and the biggest one for me while being all inclusive I have never stayed somewhere where you can not get snacks from the pool bar at selected times and have to come away from the pool and go to the restaurant the whole point of a snack bar in my opinion is to be able to stay at the pool and grab a bite to eat also no icecream or lolly ices where available at anytime from the bar on all inclusive even if you offered the choice of 1 or 2 ice-creams on the all inclusive. But these are just my opinion and besides this we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend and return to this hotel thanks for a great holiday your team works very hard
