Arrived at the property and was met by a lovely lady. She helped us do the electronic check-in. Went through lots of things that she thought we might want to do or go to. Despite her not speaking much English and us not speaking much Spanish we got by. Room was excellent absolutely spotless. Beds we so comfortable and had huge memory pillows. Kettle and coffee machine plus a small fridge. Had a small terrace but didnt get chance to use it due to the weather. About 10 minutes walk to the bus station. On a steep hill but most of Santander is on steep hills. Oscar also could not do enough for us. He even booked our taxi back to the airport. He went beyond the call of duty for us. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Definitely 100 percent I would recommend this place. Thank you 😊

Para pasar un par de días visitando Santander y sus alrededores. Hotel en pleno centro, cerca de numerosos restaurantes y zona portuaria. Colchón cómodo, limpieza excelente.La chica que nos atendió muy amable explicándonos lugares de interés para visitar
