Hotel is good and location is perfect, right in front of the beach.

The location is moderately located in the beach area, facing the sea. The scenery is beautiful. It is also very convenient to get out of the city center. There are public buses to it. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is delicious. It is highly recommended

La llegada y el recibimiento no fue el más correcto x parte del empleado, un poco desgranado, después en la estancia, solo había saludos, creo q deberían ñ informar mejor, x ejemplo cto costaba el desayuno, donde esta el parking, etc

The arrival and reception was not the most correct by the employee, a little confused, later in the stay, there were only greetings, I think they should inform better, for example how much breakfast cost, where the parking is, etc.

산탄데르 시내쪽은 아니지만 그래도 주변에 식당이랑 카페도 많아서 접근성이 좋습니다 인테리어가 깔끔하고 청소도 잘되있어서 마음에 들었습니다 다만 가격이 조금 비싼거 같아요 시내쪽이 아니라서 볼게 많이 없고 기차역과도 꽤 떨어져 있어서 오래머물기에는 좋지 않은것 같아요

It's not downtown Santander, but there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so accessibility is good. The interior is tidy and well-cleaned, so I liked it. i don't think it's good

El hotel genial, todo limpio y súper cómodo. Además no dieron una habitación con vistas al mar ya que había disponibles y la verdad que fue de agradecer. Lo recomiendo 100%.

The hotel is great, everything is clean and super comfortable. In addition, they did not give a room with a sea view since there were available and the truth was that it was appreciated. I recommend it 100%.

Overall this was a great hotel to stay at. The staff are very helpful. They switched rooms for us without missing a beat when we discovered that we only had one double bed instead of two singles (we are not, ahem, small people) and helped us figure out dinner plans. The room is decent - it is showing a bit of wear and tear (chips in the paint and that sort of thing) but it is clean and the beds are comfortable (very firm, which we like, but of course not everybody does). Our only complaint was the wifi - we apparently can only have two devices attached at a time, but even after ‘forgetting’ the network on my phone, I still got an error message saying I had too many devices when I tried to connect my iPad, and my husband’s phone disconnected and would not reconnect after we left the room and came back. (To be fair, we haven’t asked for help with the wifi because we feel like we’ve already been giant pains in the butt with the room switch).  Other than the wifi frustration I am very pleased. It is bright, comfortable, and right across the street from the beach. I am looking forward to falling asleep to the sound of the surf.

This is a high value property. It’s right on the beach with great views, in some rooms, be sure to request a sea view. The rooms are comfortable, clean and everything works. Great value for the Euro, but don’t expect the Ritz.

It's not downtown Santander, but there are many restaurants and cafes around. I don't think it's good to stay long because there's not much to see and it's quite far from the train station.
